Player auctions is very great and not a scam. I strongly recommend that if you are going to buy any game accounts that you use player auctions to buy it. It's fast and I have had zero problems.

Scammed twice

Bought two OSRS accounts, one with insurance. Both got taken back by the original owner. Opened a dispute claim and both of them PA sided with the buyer. Don't bother.

Playerauctions has the best security in trading accounts etc. Although for some like myself you can't even buy anything from the site because there is something wrong with their payment system, and the only option you have is to go sign up for GoCoin which is a complete waste of time lol. If paypal doesn't work, and entering your cards manually doesn't work either then why even bother... I'm just saying they need to fix the tech problems of the payment system.

I've purchased game accounts, game gold or currency. WOW, ESO, FFXV11, etc and i've never been let down! Only once had an issue with a seller and they took care of refund and have never lost my $, only place i'll trust on the web for such services!

What a joke! The seller sold a "botting boosting level up account" to me, then after 15 days got banned.
Also, your staff told me without " any conclusive proof" I got the reply from ROIT which also confirm that account was using "botting" to level up which causes the account got banned.
Here is how RIOT replied.

Looking into your account here it looks like the account was banned for botting :/ This can really ruin the leveling experience for new players and because of this there's not really anything I can do for the account here. I know it's not the best news, however, if anything i said was unclear i'd be happy to clarify for you.
Hopefully, that clarifies things for you and if not I'm happy to go over anything you have might questions about.

I bought an account on sept with 1 year insurance, i thought i was safe. After 3 months the email of the account got changed without notification on the email they gave me, i tried to recover the account with the recover answers the buyer gave me but failed, tried 14 times. I filed a dispute against the seller, screenshot of the email is now empty and a mail from jagex (runescape support) says they will only give the account to the originl owner, i lost the dispute even with this evidence, the insurance was sure a scam, it was useless.

For rs3 gold its good, but for accounts change your mind, i lost 300 euro to this.

UPDATED one star Review. Been using player auctions for quite some time now and have always been impressed with the flow of the sale that they provide. I ran into an issue where a seller reclaimed my account. The worst part about it was I lost a dispute I had on the sale (even with insurance). Richard took great care of the situation. Not to sound negative, but i noticed that PlayerAuctions off site customer support seems better than on the actual site.

I will always use PA for osrs GP by far the best platform to purchase on. 5 stars

On accounts beware. It was the worst feeling when you lose a dispute and see the exact account for sale

I have purchased multiple accounts on PA without any issues and with confidence as I purchased the account insurance each time. Of course the time an account I purchased is reclaimed, it was quickly apparent that the "evidence" needed for the insurance is not actually possible to obtain. The burden of proof is literally a screenshot from the account holder or Blizzard saying they reclaimed the account. Does that sound likely? No it doesn't. Any followup regarding clarification for further evidence to support my claim has been ignored. After reading the negative reviews here and the ridiculously asinine responses regarding not providing enough evidence I feel like a moron for throwing my money away on insurance on past accounts I purchased as I would never have been able to get a refund if those accounts had been reclaimed.

It actually seems to me that I should be in the account selling business as its clear I could reclaim my account endlessly without any repercussion. If you plan to buy an account from PA, be aware that the insurance is useless as you won't reasonably be able to obtain the evidence they find sufficient.

We have this process in place in order to keep things fair and just, since there is also a possibility that the buyer might make a false claim. Don't trust PlayerAuctions - they will always favour the seller - even when they sell you stolen accounts with evidence. Their insurance is a scam to make extra money. I have lost on two transactions so far and they always favour the seller no matter what the evidence. They get a fee from your payment and they charge a bigger fee to the seller. Stay away from this site, I have been a member for years and lately they have turned against buyers.

This is a new Review. At first a guy nammed ethan a seller on player auctions took my account back after a purchace of 139 dollars and made fake emails to make it look like i still had it! I contacted player auctions and they wernt at any help at first but a guy nammed ron help me with everything and refunded me the seller is now banned and banned on runescape for stealing my credit card making payments on my runescape account he sold me! When ever you buy a account make sure it comes with the orignal email or they will probly take it back! The site is legit but account buying is still sketchy i recomend that player auctions has people send in there ids and information before becoming a seller cause it is just to easy to become one! Thank you ron for all your time and effort and believing me that ethan was in the wrong!

I got suspended because i helped the buyer trough discord cuz he was a kid and didnt know how to claim the account so i helped him we did everything smoothly and he also confirmed the order the order was complete hours later i got a mail saying i was suspended and I needed to pay a fine of 150$ but they also asked me to make a security deposit Of 450 DOLLARS and i was recieving 86$ for my account i know i didnt follow the rules but i used discord to help him not scam him or trading outside the site i just lost alot of money because he has the account and i dont have anything player auctions took my money and gave the seller my account... this is the most greediest $#*! ever 450$ fine like what? Are you really expecting me to pay that much just to recieve 86$? I mean bro just give me my money thats it? Buyer has the account how about you make me happy by giving me my money?
