The buyer whom scammed me lost the case.
Now, my issue is it's been four days since my other disbursement should've been processed. I wrote a ticket almost 2 days ago and haven't received anything from them yet.
Now, I should've received my disbursement regarding the buyer who scammed me by refunding right after delivery. Early this morning it should've arrived already but it's almost June 25 on my time and I haven't received yet. Not yet processed?! Oh my god.
I won the case because the buyer can't provide enough evidences.
I'm good with that, but here comes another problem.

Until now, I haven't received my disbursement order since June 20. It should've been disbursed that time, but until now (June 24), I still havent received any dollar.
Second disbursement, this disbursement is from the guy who tried to refund the money. The case is closed, as I have said I won. It should've been dibursed this morning but until now, I have not yet received my money.

I paid top dollar for an account earlier this year which was usable for the three months until the paypal money back warranty falls off, at that time your account will be retaken and you will not be given a refund or an compensation no matter how closely you follow their rules or buy their insurance.

PA, Thank you for your response. I would like to make note that I have successfully completed orders without any issues and my reviews are geared towards customer service only.
Since the original review a few things have happened:
1. You removed the *Live Chat option on various web pages and replaced them with *Contact our Support. Which now redirects a user seeking help to the Help Center instead of a dead end like the *Live Chat option previously did.
- I appreciate this edit! For a live chat service that ended some time ago, it astonishes me how you insinuated this form of communication was readily available, right up until this review!
I would agree that making it appear as if you have a live chat service is certainly appealing. Actually offering the service is even more appealing. But when you advertise a live chat service you no longer support, you create a "false sense of hope" for each user who selects that feature. Which, in turn, discredits your customer support process.
2. I was told to contact the PA advertising team via Skype regarding an issue.
- I have since been redirected to the same person who originally told me that they are the only one handling the advertising business.
3. Your IT team tells you that my issue with an offer has been fixed.
- This is correct, however, the correction of this issue created another issue which has yet to be addressed.
I'll start with the "Live Chat" option which opens a new tab and that's it. No response from customer support what so ever. (Get rid of this option if you are not going to support it!)
While inquiring about reserving a spot on that featured seller list, I was asked to make contact via Skype to discuss pricing. THE PERSON RUNNING THIS SKYPE ACCOUNT IS THE MOST UNPROFFESIONAL AND UNKNOWLEDGEBLE PERSON I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN SUCH INSTANCE.
When asked about site usage and statistics I received this response: "It's our internal info, why do we need share that to you? And it doesn't make sense in my opinion. It has no connection with how many sales you can get"
-So you mean to tell me the amount of traffic to a site has no relation to sells?
After I explained why I would like the information I was responded with: "around 10% tracffic to the banner if that's what you wanted"
Frustrated at this point I requested to talk with a supervisor and was told: "sorry
I am the only one handling ads business"
Note: The spelling and punctuations are exactly as received in Skype.
I am currently on the 4th day regarding a request for help and I still haven't received a resolution, much less a response. This website issue is causing me to lose money and preventing me access to an offer I have in place. After no response, I believe this "issue" was created purposely to fulfil an objective in place by the webmaster, benefiting PA in one way or another.
I am going to give this site a few more days to get back with me and if I receive no response or my issue is fixed, I will be moving on.

Purchased 2 mobile strike accounts yesterday, both sellers held up their end and I held up mine with payment... both are going on 16+ hours of PlayerAuction Inspections with NO response from their customer service with my ticket. This company boasts legit and flawless transfer but in reality it is like going to the DMV. Horrible!... i hope they hurry up and fix this... already i would rather suck start a shotgun than ever going through them again to purchase an account(s).

Instantly closed account after my paypal went through saying I was inviolation of their user policy. Sent in a ticket and after a week and a half they asked for a photo ID, a utility bill, and a photo of myself holding my photo ID. No thanks.
Sent another ticket to get my paypal charge sent back, well see if that ever goes through.

Great service for buying and selling in game currency, items and even accounts. Very safe, got my stuff everytime.
Ordered some runescape gold Friday night, here I am Tuesday night still trying to get in touch with them to "verify my payment." I have signed maybe 5 documents all asking for the same information that they cant seem to get right. They ask for ID and Card number and bank statements in each document which is kind of dangerous, not to mention the process is time consuming as hell and it has been 4 days. Oh yeah and of course they charged me Friday night for the order.
Normally, it doesn't take that long in processing an order. With the volume of orders everyday, they're reviewing extra documents and making extra phone calls. Please bear in mind that our Compliance team deals with money so they're careful in reviewing orders to avoid fraudulent transactions.
No worries, for card information you are asked to blot out almost all the information that isn't needed to verifiy your payment, which you can see this as an example to the form you filled out same goes with your IDs and other stuff. Also, we can assure you that a small number of people have an access to check your documents and they're just doing this for verification purpose only.

Got an email from Player Auctions (PA) Compliance 5 stating I needed to verify payment showing a screenshot from PayPal. I use the same information every order and never had an issue. I provided the information and still have not received a response from PA. I used to like buying here but I will take my business elsewhere.

I understand if it probably made you a little bit uncomfortable sending the requested documents to verify your payment. However, All orders undergo the payment verification process.
We want to ensure that the payments we have received come from the account owners themselves. As a result, we may need to go through different verification steps depending on your order, payment method and account history. That's why it might differ per order because orders are checked individually and independently.
If you do not wish to go through the same process. We have payment options like Western Union, Bank or America and Bitcoin where you do not need to provide any documents for verification.

I got scammed out of an account and lost a further 12 ish quid that i bought on that account also. The orginal owner took the account back 16 days after successful purchase of it. Horrible first experience, will never buy from player auctions again. Do not recommend!

It is the best website for selling your items. I have been using PlayerAuctions for selling and buying Rocket League items and I have never had a problem.
I've been waiting for almost 2 months to get my disbursements from 4 accounts i sold and they are saying that 2 buyers have disputed my orders while there is no proof of that, so playerauctions is holding the money even from legit successful orders, the funny thing is that buyers pay an extra 100% of price for insurance, and still playerauctions is holding my money, the funny thing is that they have disabled support live chat, deleted 3 of my support tickets that was about this issue, so i created a new support ticket and they are still refusing to help me by asking useless information that they can find in 10 seconds, even after you send them the information they asking for they will never respond, i even sent message to the supposed unhappy buyers and they are inactive since long time ago, so its obvious playerauctions are scammers that are creating imaginary order issues so we get bored and give up so they can keep the disbursements...

Bought gold for a game, turns out the gold was generated and caused me and many others to get our accounts permanently banned. When i sent a ticket demanding for my 100 dollars back, they just banned my account. So yeah, don't trust their support system for $#*!. They ain't paying you back a dime.
