I successfully bought a league of legends account through this site and everything worked for about 6 months, until the original owner of the account used RIOT to get their account back. The account I purchased was insured for 1 year and PlayerAuctions does not help with the refunding. I have messaged numerous people and no one responds. They just take your money and run. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM SITE!

After talking with the support about my problem, they were able to refund my money in full in the form of a playerauctions.com coupon code. The original seller had a ~98% positive rating, but wouldn't respond to anyone's messages about the problem. The support through sitejabber was very helpful and even though it took some time to resolve, I am ok with the result... as long as the same thing doesn't happen in the future. The site has it's ups and downs, but it seems like more the seller's fault than playerauctions (at least in my case)... SO BE CAREFUL

I spent 34 dollars to buy an account and I received an email with the supposed username and password but when i tried to log in, it said that the account username or password was incorrect, I then contacted a few people including the original account seller and he helped me out and gave me an ever higher rank account. He was super helpful and nice and I appreciate sellers like him.

Always trust this site, they protect buyers and sellers. Never had an issue. Support is a little slow now without live chat though sadly. Bring it back and make it great again.
Their customer support is 299% garbage. The fact that there is a PA rep replying to reviews on this website and trying to "resolve" the issues on here is proof their customer support doesn't work. You can probably search high, low, far, and wide on the internet and their $#*!ty customer support cannot be rivaled. When your transactions go smoothly it's a good website but, as soon as you run into a problem you're $#*!ed if you think you are getting any help from their "customer service".

Already sent a charge to my bank account to verify that I was the owner and now they want me to send pictures of my ID, card, and a payment receipt on top of that in an online document. No thanks.
