I have to say that some of these negative reviews about Pipingrock on the internet is confusing. Most are complaints about customs duties, which Pipingrock has no control over. My experiences have only been positive so far. Products are decent quality and my items have arrived pretty quickly every time. Support has answered my emails within 1 hour, which I find impressive as well. I haven't had any negative experiences so far. So so disappointed...

I had a problem placing the order in the first place, there was some error on their website after I contacted customer service they managed to help me out BUT the sale offer 2 for 1 was not applied so I ended up paying more than planned...

Furthermore, the order date was 22nd May 2019, today is 24th July 2019. I contacted customer service few times and all they kept saying that "the maximum time for the order delivery is 8-10 weeks, please wait for few more days for the order delivery" and that "your order has reached your country customs and waiting for the order to be delivered". Well, it's been over 2 months and l contacted my country customs and they said that they do not hold the missing parcel. Obviously, the parcel got lost somewhere and PipingRock refuses to do a refund.

Lost £33 for nothing, super disappointed.

When I posted this story on their social media (FB & IG) they just deleted it and blocked me. Wow such a "professionals"

This company has the laziest customer service department. They shipped my order to the wrong address, and wanted ME to rectify the problem.
THEY SHIPPED IT! I called and asked them to have the order returned to them, and when they refused, I disputed the charge with american express. When I placed a second order, they canceled it. I WILL NOT WASTE ANY MORE OF MY TIME ON PLACING ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY AND SUGGEST THAT YOU STAY AWAY.

I've used pipingrock a number of times and they simply have the best prices. Especially when they run sales, which they often do. Their products are a good quality as well. Use the code EZS397 to save $10 on your purchase.

I order a LOT of products from Piping Rock. They offer a huge variety of supplements and skin care products, their prices can't be beat, the quality is good, and my orders ship quickly! Once, one of the products leaked en route, and Piping Rock immediately shipped a replacement at no cost (not even shipping). I was impressed that I got to speak to a live customer service representative without first having to go through a lengthy automated system.

Honestly, I can't recommend Piping Rock enough! If you're a first-time buyer, use promo code ACA434 to get $5 off an order under $40 and $10 off off an order of $40 or more. They often have sales (BOGO free or 50% off), so keep an eye out for those!

(By the way, I should mention that I live in the US. I understand that some people outside the US have had issues with customs.)

Now suddenly bigger order and something went bad with the adress?

No contact from their support but had to find it out by myself after numerious emails to them.

Have to wait till package is back and they cant resent it (how strange is this)

Meanwhile over 3 months and no refund!

I will not order from these again as if you order from the UK you have to pay customs charge and this is not clearly shown when you are actually ordereing! So for vitamins costing £18 I paid £5 shipping then was asked to pay £12 custom charge or I would not receive them. I contacting the company Pipping Rock and was told that they could do nothing and I would have to pay it - they would not refund me and take the products back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE THE USA!

I've just received my second delivery from Piping Rock with discrepancies, and product (2 coco butter leaked all over the packaging) leakage

Resend the exact same message and is still remains unanswered!

Utterly disappointed with Piping Rock's customer service... I will not be continuing my business with them.

I bought many essential oils from Piping Rock. After some time I realized I wasn't too pleased with several of the scents, several of which were just too icky-smelling. But it was the ginger e. O. that finally made me want to send several of them back for a refund. I spelled out the price of each one in the return package, but P. R. seemed to be annoyed nonetheless. Now I recently went to make a purchase (none was essential oils), and I came to find that they banned me because I made too many returns. Well, I'll take my business elsewhere if that's how they feel.
