I bought one time one of their products (which was quite crappy) and since I am bombarded with spam from them. Their "unsubscribe" link doesn't work. I never subscribed for anything.

I ordered $77 CAD worth of product from Piping Rock. Four bottles of SAM-e, for a total price of $49.54 US ($77 CAD, including shipping).

On the customs label, they wrote $49.54 US for EACH bottle, for a total price of $198.16 US... four times the actual price of the product.

Consequently, I was charged $23 CAD by the postman for taxes and collection fees, whereas if they'd put the correct value on the package there would have been no charge at all.

I called them; it would have cost them $17 US to reimburse me for these charges that were incurred because of their mislabeling of the shipment. Their reply? "You're responsible for duty and taxes. It says so on our website." I wouldn't have an issue with paying correct duties or taxes; I have an issue with paying $23 because they can't fill out a shipping label properly.

I could chase them for the money, but it's not worth my time. So, instead of getting my refund, I'm letting the world know: This is an incompetent crew. It seems that a lot of people who order from them internationally have terrible experiences. They don't correct their own mistakes, even when the cost of correcting that mistake is fairly minor. I would not buy from them again.

I'm not going to say they're a "fake company"... they did ship something, and I can only hope what's in the bottles is what's on the label. But they are clueless when it comes to international shipments, and indifferent when it comes to taking responsibility for their mistakes. I'd rather pay more to do business with a company that I can trust and respect.

When they have a buy one get one free sale the 16oz black seed oil that is normally $32.99 is marked up to $54.99 this is dishonest

I have used Swanson, Iherb and Vitacost and AllStarHealth. All of these guys pad the shipping to make an additional profit. That is bad business in my opinion. I live out of the country and have to have items shipped overseas. So the shipping is often a deal breaker for me. Vitacost is the absolute worst with shipping and AllstarHealth. Swanson is better now but due to their rotten International customer service they can get wrecked. I will never use them again. I have been ordering from Piping Rock for over a year. Their shipping is never padded. Their customer service is great too. You can order online or call and order. Unlike Iherb which got rid of their call center years ago. They only have chat and these people are often not willing or able to help you if you have issues. Piping Rock's products are excellent. I wish they would carry the protein shake I like because the other Piping Rock products are high quality and very seasonably priced. Lots of emails for deals and half off, etc. Love them!

I have order the Ashwagandha Root (Withania somnifera) 120 I made this purchase through my card from Dubai on 10-02-2019

Unfortunately, the product has been not delivered to me till now and now the company customer care person is saying that item has been returned on 12-04-2019 and it will not delivered to me. No one has informed me about this and I have not recevied any mail from the online company. And now the company is not refunding my money also

I have been buying thru Piping Rock for many years n I live in Australia, so it's normal for a few wks or sum delays on delivery I don't worry I know it's coming, I have had no issues or problems at all with their products or the service. THANK YOU..

Totaly unsatisfied!
I ordered 2 months ago some products for my mom in Bulgaria and they have never came. I wrote severals e-mails to Piping Rock to ask what is happening and they explaned me that this:
"The local postal reference number is: UM*******US
I would like to inform you that we will also process the refund if the order is returned to our warehouse if not delivered. As the order is still in your country customs for the final delivery we will not be able to process the refund at this moment."
If Piping Rock sends packets without tracking ( there is no other option on the site for Bulgaria) and than all is lost wihtout any refound of money -they will lost all his customers!

I have read some bad reviews about Piping Rock but my order came on time without any problems. So, I'm very happy. Also, price is great!

I can always depend on Piping Rock to deliver. Since the pandemic started and we were more confined, I relied on them to provide me with my vitamins and supplements that I required.

I received my order on time! Very professional packaging and good quality products! The deals are great! I will order again from PipingRock Health Products!

I've ordered from Piping Rock before without a problem. Today I placed an order and it came up with a credit card I used the last time. I've never encountered that before on their site! It didn't ask if I wanted to use that card or another one. I couldn't find a link to delete payment methods either. I did want to use another card, but wasn't sure I wanted to do business with them at all now. If I can't control my own account there's something wrong! I clicked to finish the order hoping it would let me use a different card, but no. I called customer service and they said they don't save card numbers and the card may be connected to my Chrome account. I use IE, not Chrome and I've never purchased anything from Google. She suggested I delete all cookies, etc. I explained this was highly irregular and to cancel the order. I expressed I will most likely not be doing business with them again. I also began to think about the fact that they allow another system to violate and manipulate theirs! I went ahead and deleted cookies, temp files, etc.

They slapped me with NY state sale tax on dietary supplements while my last order in July 2023. Never happened before - nobody charges NY sales tax on dietary supps - neither Amazon, nor Swanson or some others I am buying from.
I called their customer service, and was told that New York State imposed sales tax on dietary supps starting January 1,2023 because... like the agent said: people buying dietary supplements a lot (what an explanation!).
I made an internet research trying to confirm that claim - couldn't find anything in support - last NYS publication was dated by 2019, and still active claiming NO SALES TAX on dietary supplements. I sent a message to their customer service asking to provide the ground for taking sales tax - NO ANSWER!
New York State customers - please, be aware< Piping Rock may slap you with sales tax on dietary supplement!
As for me I am their customer since their got opened 6-7 years ago, and I am not going to by again from them until their provide the legitimate ground (NYS publication link) for sales taxation on dietary supplements or reimburse me on the amount of sales tax taken from me.
