The picture printing service is only $5 a month for as many pictures as you want to send, which is awesome. The only drawback is that in the state of Texas, the offenders are only aloud to get 10 pictures per envelope and Pigeonly does not offer a way to split an order into multiple envelopes. So, when sending the pictures, I send 1 envelope with ten pictures and they do not let you place another order until the current order has been received by the facility. Is it really worth the $5 if my family member can only get 20-30 pictures per month?

Hi I would like to comment on my experience with Pigeonly. Truthfully in the beginning I had my doubts because it seemed to be taking such a long time to have it mailed. I know it read processing for almost a week it seemed like. I was kinda upset cause I know it didnt take probably minutes to process my payment to them but with all that said I apologize for doubting them because my experience has been great. I do wish they handled their commissary too but other than that I'm very satisfied with my subscription with them and would definitely recommend them 100%. Thank You Sincerely. Heather McGee.

My request is being reviewed by lawyers who will let me know if Pigeonly's actions warrant a class suit. You can go to classaction.org to review the process. You may also want to check out the current suits and settlements to see if you qualify as an injured party entitled to a portion of the settlement. If the lawyers decide we have a valid case, they will draft the complaint and file with the appropriate court. The judge must approve the class action before it can go any further; the lawyers will reach out to injured parties, and/or post the suit/settlement on classaction.org, newspapers, etc. If you aren't contacted, please make the effort to join this class action once it's posted. It doesn't require an appearance in any court, nor much of your time. These people are lining their pockets at the expense of so many of us already forced to deal with unfortunate situations.
