I am trying it out see how it works compared to the other one. I couldn't find it stated anywhere how the inmates receive their mail, photos etc. for instance is it sent to facility and facility prints their email and photos letters etc out And then sent to inmate, or is it printed out from pigeonly then sent through U.S. Mail... So 30 days to try it see what's up then

Pigeonly is a quick and easy way to send letters to your loved ones in prison. It's so easy to navigate around and use. Be able send photos is really good and all with out the added stress that the postal service cause.
I appreciate the emails and notifications. I'm concerned about the lack of information and explanation provided on website for specific services. Subscription cost and details of service provided is vague when I called to clarify I was spoke to as if I should know these things when clearly this is not something I'm familiar with. Still have no idea how many pictures my subscription allows me to send and unable to determine price of phone call from the prison through this subscription. Not sure what the details of the services I'm paying for are. Wish the information was clearer. I subscribed with the idea that I'll see how this goes for a month see if I can learn the ins and outs on my own as I use the account and if not I'll cancel.

The website promoted unlimited calling for 99c the first month, which sounds amazing right? Well you still have to pay for the minutes(which are substantially cheaper, but still not just 99c) And you'll have to pay a $25 startup fee to activate the phone number they give you for your inmate to call so you can receive the discounted price. Regardless, you can save up to $70 a month with the discounted price of minutes so that was a good enough reason for me to continue with this program. It's about 80% cheaper than standard rates from the jail my inmate is in, which is huge.

If the lawyers decide we have a valid case, they will draft the complaint and file with the appropriate court. The judge must approve the class action before it can go any further; the lawyers will reach out to injured parties, and/or post the suit/settlement on classaction.org, newspapers, etc. If you aren't contacted, please make the effort to join this class action once it's posted. It doesn't require an appearance in any court, nor much of your time. These people are lining their pockets at the expense of so many of us already forced to deal with unfortunate situations.
