Lies all lies

Well first I've put my order in 3 mths ago. My husband still has not received photes they message me saying they were sorry and offered a free month. Then a week later tried to take the money out of my account. I called to check on status of order said they were processing my order at that moment. Month later still no photos. He comes home next month I wasn't able to use the phone number options. And they are still trying to take money out of my account. And still no pictures. So I suggest using the old fashion way. Good luck this company sucks.

Scam

This company is a joke. Said that the fee was 7.99 a month. Charged anywhere from 7.99 to 19.99 multiple times a month. Tried several times to cancel service. They wouldn't cancel it. Had to cancel bank account to finally stop the payments. Charged over 500.00. Beware of this Scam!

Don't call me

Your service is okay I only joined for the postcards and when I didn't pay the $12.98 to continue because I didn't want to continue then you constantly call my house and continuously try to take it off in my credit card I do not like that if I want your service I will continue to pay for your service don't try to take it from somebody

Timely manner

I have only sent a few pictures and a letter he got them on a timeily manner to me it was like sending a text message and i cant send pictures stright from my phone they send it and all for you very convenient for me cause everything is at the tip.of my finger tips

Never works

This is a mon-fri service. If you have any problems on the weekends it doesn't work. They never answer the phone. They aren't helpful at all.
I have 25 on my account and the number still doesn't work. It picks and chooses when it will work.

Unorganized junk

So this company sucks, their system is incomplete. Web site and app all have major issues especially when it comes to the account management section. I uploaded a photo to send to my cousin, well they send 2 copies of the picture one was a post card with a note on it. Well the Maricopa jail wont accept pictures with notes on them so they both got returned. Why did they send a picture to the jail knowing the system wouldn't accept it. Also i was supposed to be charged once for 26 bucks, they charged my card every week, guess it was a system error. Stay away from these guys, use the jail or prison's other options.

Fraud DO NOT TRUST

I was subscribed. I canceled my subscription a year ago, see today that I was charged $34.99. The card that they charged was not even on file, they should not even have that cards information but they somehow did and charged it without me even having a subscription. I saw from other reviews other people saying the same exact thing being charged $34.99. And that they would do an investigation and they said the same exact thing to me. Completely bizarre that they charged a car they should not even know the knowledge of.

Fast. Easy. Convenient

Jail mail

I am trying it out see how it works compared to the other one. I couldn't find it stated anywhere how the inmates receive their mail, photos etc. for instance is it sent to facility and facility prints their email and photos letters etc out And then sent to inmate, or is it printed out from pigeonly then sent through U.S. Mail... So 30 days to try it see what's up then

I'm mad!

I canceled my Pigeonly account last night after my mom told me that I got charged 3 fking times! I'm
Going to the bank to see what they can do. The only reason I got this is to send pictures to my friend who's in prison. Anyone else had this issue? Wasn't just me, one of my friends as well.

I was disappointed that I couldn't complete my order online. I had to call customer service, which was so busy that I had to leave a callback number. Fortunately, I was called back quickly and was able to complete my order. Hopefully my friend will receive the pictures and message I sent quickly.

Pigeonly Is Amazing!

Pigeonly is probably the best website I have found for staying in touch with your loved ones for a great price, because let's face it, sending your loved one pictures, letters, postcards and your phone time, those are all PRICELESS but Pigeonly makes life just a little less stressful with reasonable pricing. Thank you Pigeonly for allowing me to afford all those great things we love to send our loved ones but sometimes don't have the money, you make it affordable to do so or sometimes our days get busy and we don't have the time we wished we had to write a hand written letter or haven't talked on the phone with our loved ones for a little awhile. Fraudulent service

They charge you and never deliver on the service. I ordered photos June 3rd and they never delivered them. All they say is we cant refund you and the order is being processed. They are fraudulent. The owner kendricks hutson is a former convict and based on this fraudulent service he should be back in prison. Use free prints or another service. Stay far away!

I had a very hard time navigating and figure out how to set up an account along with adding money into my account only to figure out that I end up with a whole different number for them to call rather than my own phone number which I find very weird and confusing I still have yet to be able to contact my inmate because they don't know my phone number and I can't get a hold of them and it takes three to five business days to send a photo where as to in my county jail it to ok an 1-6 hours at most

SCAM

They charged me fees of $7.99 and $2.99 up to $40 within 21 days, they hurried and reversed the charges after I called them, But I cancelled my services through them because I didn't like that they just took money off my card whenever they wanted. They sent me an email confirming that my account was closed and I wouldn't be charged anymore, I went to their website and deleted my card info and what do you know a month later they started charging my card again! I had to call my bank and order a new card just to make sure this company doesnt keep stealing from me! DO NOT USE THEM!

Those are fees that are automatically charged to Pigeonly accounts depending on your subscription type.The good news is our refund policy is simple so if you were charged incorrectly the appropriate department will correct the issue and refund the charges right away.
The process to receive a refund can be as quick as 3 days but can take as long as 14 days, depending on your bank.
