I purchased it with the hopes of getting the "best" call rate which i did NOT get I was still being charged regular jail rate, with the 25 dollars I wass able to do 4 20min calls and then told me I had to add funds to my balance? No point of me paying the monthly fee when my inmate can just call me to my regular phone and be charged the same without monthly fees on top of the min/rate calls. I talked to customer service and he told me he would call me back with a "new" number to give my inmate and with that one i should get the "best rate", the day has ended and I recieved NO phone call nor email with this "new number" I was suppose to get. Just stay away from it.
Well to start my bf kept getting a busy signal then I was charged the initial 25$ three times but did get my REFund I'm not sure yet as to how the mail & picture process will go just sent

DO NOT US THIS APP! I stopped using this app about a year ago because random charges would appear on my account from Pigeonly. I called and asked that they would give my money back and to please remove my billing information. They said they would, one year later they charged my account two charges of $26.06 a total $52.12, again without my consent. They are robbing people and hoping you won't notice the charges. THIEVES. I can believe they still have my account information after one year and after they said they were removing it. DON'T SIGN UP TO THIS APP.

This company is a joke. Signed up to use the service, waited weeks to be told they would let me know when they would be able to provide me with the service I requested. Canceled the service because I wasn't happy paying for a service I couldn't use and over a month later, I still see charges from the company.

It was alot easier to sign up then I thought it would be. I sent a pic already with my pigeonly number on it. Not sure if she received it or not. I haven't received a call from her so not sure If the jail relayed the pigeonly number to her otlr not.

Its is difficult because of the different number the inmate has to call. You have to get the number to them b4 they can call it which can be hard to.it does have photos u can send of urself ajd family to the inmate is nice.

I signed up for this service and it was GREAT while I needed it. I cancelled in April of 2019 and I'm STILL getting charged for services. I don't want to cancel my debit card number b/c it's linked to everything.
