Well first I've put my order in 3 mths ago. My husband still has not received photes they message me saying they were sorry and offered a free month. Then a week later tried to take the money out of my account. I called to check on status of order said they were processing my order at that moment. Month later still no photos. He comes home next month I wasn't able to use the phone number options. And they are still trying to take money out of my account. And still no pictures. So I suggest using the old fashion way. Good luck this company sucks.
