It's easier to be able to write an email like message to send to an inmate in the county than it is to hand write and stamp and mail one. In fact, I've hardly ever written anyone in the county before when that was the only way you could contact an inmate for the longest. Thanks to this app you can send pictures and letters is pretty cool.
This wasn't what I expected at all I paid money to add a line which the inmate doesn't even have access to. So I'm out $25. The pictures and letters take a week or longer to get to the inmate not sure yet if it really works or not because nothing has been received yet.

I enjoy the service as well as the effort put in to find my inmate. Still trying to learn how to use it and was able to send a letter ( I think). Not sure how to tell if it had bean read yet tho or not.

When you send out a letter or any other services it prints within 24 hours and ships out within 3-5 business days to the inmates facility. Once it arrives there it will depend on the facility on how long it takes them to get mail to an inmate. What you are able to see is that its been shipped and delivered. Pigeonly was a quick and convenient way for me to connect with my loved one. I was able to send every day snapshots to make our loved one apart of our everyday life. The turnaround time was quick and I am just waiting on the next special delivery!

Do not use this site they billed my card 8 times in less than a month, When I called to report the first 6 charges they said they would fix but they only changed the name on the charge and continued to charge my card. Do not put your card on here.

It is the best way to keep in touch with loved ones and what I like the most is the personal service during my last call where I had quite a lot of questions actually. The staff assisted me in solving all my questions and concerns. Keep it that way!

I paid for six month of unlimited photos, post cards and phone calls. It's been over a month and one postcard has been received. None of the pictures have been sent or received. I paid the monthly fee for unlimited phone call and it still costs me. 16 a minute. Definitely not what they advertise.

I signed up for the free 3 day trial and ordered about 10 pictures. I purchased the 9.98 subscription for greeting cards and pictures to be charged monthly. My order continues to say processing and never went through. In the past 3 days I've gotten 20 dollars worth of unauthorized charges to my credit card. Very aggravating! You have to be a special kind of $#*! to take advantage of families trying to take care of their loved ones! Canceled my subscription and replaced my credit card with a gift card so these charges better stop. If not I will have to cancel my credit card!

The price is very affordable especially on a monthly plan and it's very convenient to me sometimes I don't have time to sit down and write a letter when I can just type up a letter on this site and just send it to my love one
I found it confusing trying to set up my account. Probably would not have been able to complete if the chat service was not there to help me. I think she went beyond and over to help me. I would put in info and then it would say it was incomplete - overall, if I can get calls from my son it is worth it.

I was hesitant to use this form of communication to stay in touch with my incarcerated loved one, but I'm so glad I gave it a shot. It was so simple to set up and use. And the first month discount was a very happy surprise. Pigeonly is a great way to keep your loved one up to date on family, friends, and even the news! Give it a shot, you will be so glad you did!
I set up Pigeonly to be able to stay in contact witj my father. The set up for the services are pretty easy for the newer technology savvy group, but could use a bit for information on the products. The FAQ area answers some of your basic questions without having to contact customer service. I had to call for my phone number that you receive, but it was no more than two minute call considering I wasn't listening to the options. I do wish they were a bit more specific on when letters would be delivered through there services, but I'm waiting on a call on my father to determine how long. Also the minutes used per called would be great if able to see, but I understand each facility has there own charge per minute. Overall so far so good.
Scam master... they gave me a number and i used it but was still getting charged the same rate. Follow up by giving me another number and the new number was even more expensive. It should be against the law and we should get together and get a class action law suit against these scam artist.

My request is being reviewed by lawyers who will let me know if Pigeonly's actions warrant a class suit. You can go to classaction.org to review the process. You may also want to check out the current suits and settlements to see if you qualify as an injured party entitled to a portion of the settlement. If the lawyers decide we have a valid case, they will draft the complaint and file with the appropriate court. The judge must approve the class action before it can go any further; the lawyers will reach out to injured parties, and/or post the suit/settlement on classaction.org, newspapers, etc. If you aren't contacted, please make the effort to join this class action once it's posted. It doesn't require an appearance in any court, nor much of your time. These people are lining their pockets at the expense of so many of us already forced to deal with unfortunate situations. Answer: I have it and for the first month worked fine now not working so I just went and got a cell # in his area and said forget it not paying for a service that does not work And when you call customer service they keep saying they are working on the issue and it has been 5 days since my first call saying it wasn't working they are letting you get through for about a month then assigning the # to someone else attaching it to that persons number a big, Ole scam do not use them
Answer: You can send a postcard or letter to your loved one and include your assigned number. Or give them the number the next time they call. Also a lot of jails have implemented emails.
