I have been incarcerated in the past and I love to keep in touch with my people. Pigeonly makes it fast, easy, and thoughtful. I have used other services before but Pigeonly is for inmates by inmates and I support that! I only wish that there was an option to send a service to unlimited inmates, like buy a specific service per month but with unlimited sendees. Hopefully in the future :) thank you Pigeonly!

My last use this service was 1 month+ ago when I stopped the service because wasn't happy with slow response from the customer service. Due to their price is still the one that is fit my budget and easy to use, I decided to try again. The service has been improved since then. I purposely went to call their customer service to ask something and get response quickly. So ok, I'll keep using.

Excellent for Prom Dresses and also have awesome Wedding Dresses And it's also quite good for party dress at the Evening Dresses. I orders some dresses. And also saves me time & money.
I really love this company they have amazing ideas and m very easy to figure out and the price is great the only issue i have is it took almost 15 days to finally get mailed and 20 to actually get there
I was able to send my family a personalized greeting card in just a few minutes. The fact that I didn't have to go to the store & buy the card, write in it, & then ship it myself was the best. This is the most convenient way ever to communicate with loved ones in the system. I will continue using this service.

We have not used this service for well over a year now and they keep charging us! They stopped for a while after we called, but theyve begun doing it again. Shame on these people for taking advantage of alresdy vulnerable families. If you have a loved one in prison- stay away from this service.
What a rip-off! There is no clear answer how much it costs, they just keep telling you what a good deal you are getting and TAKING YOUR MONEY. The problem is, if you want to talk to your family in jail, you have no choice except to choose between all the companies like this one that can charge you whatever they want. Its the same with trying to get food to your inmate so they don't starve in there, you have the pay their price for ramen noodles. And it costs a lot more than walmart. But their sappy emails are TOO MUCH. Yuck. Never again will they get my money.

I've been getting $2.99 charges by them for about 6 months. About $35 dollars in mystery charges so far. I called them, they said sorry, said it wouldn't happen again, and that they would refund me. It's been 14 days since I called; since then I have yet to receive my refund and I've been charged another mystery $2.99. Will call them again tomorrow to ask about it. I removed my card from their online portal about 3 months ago, so though it's not viewable it's still in their database and being utilized recurrently.

Yes that is a fee that is automatically charged to Pigeonly accounts depending on your subscription type.The good news is our refund policy is simple so if you were charged incorrectly the appropriate department will correct the issue and refund the charges right away. Have you received any refund as of yet?
The process to receive a refund can be as quick as 3 days but can take as long as 14 days, depending on your bank.
I will be more than happy to locate and refund any charges that were done incorrectly if it has not already been done.
I like this because u have unlimited access to writing letters and sending pictures! But I don't like it because u have to wait for one letter to clear before u can send another one! But I like it because I hate going to the post office this is easier n cost efficient
I'm new to this but sending pics in the mail has become aggravating to say the least. This seems to be an answer to those issues! I just signed up today, so I'm hoping this continues to be a great resource!

So far. So good. Lots of options for pics, cards, post cards, you name it. I'm notified when my stuff is being packaged to be shipped out. That's so great. One bad thing that Pigeonly had made me aware of via email. Was that Securus Technologies (host for tele-communications of the facility my loved one is in). Unfortunately does NOT support outside companies and/or corporations. I was made aware of this after I purchased the phone package and was assigned a line with Pigeonly. Which DEFINITELY MORE BANG FOR MY BUCK! But Pigeonly notified me right away apologizing for the inconvenience, stating that they would not be able to grant the personal phone number allowing my incarcerated loved one to call on my account and that the money will be refunded in a few business days. Very professional and with appropriate sincerity. Im not sure If I have yet seen the money hit my account. But other than that, I am pleased across the board.

I can't get through anything, and it keeps charging me, photos said delivered, which were never received. There were photos that I have never seen before, and that I didn't send. Never received anything out of this company. What can I do to stop these people?

I was told I would be getting a refund for all my orders because of the time it has taken them to process my orders and get them mailed out. The lady I spoke to on the phone lied to me and said that all my orders had been mailed out but the system just hadn't been updated yet. That was over a week ago and today I received a email from pigeonly saying one of my letters had been mailed out. She also told me my subscription would be canceled and refunded. Obviously that hasn't been done yet either. The inmate is not even in jail anymore. He didn't get ONE LETTER I sent through pigeonly even though it has been over 2 weeks since I wrote my first letter! That is unacceptable! I have sent them multiple emails and called a couple times and still nothing has been done.

I've been use them for over 5 years. I love them I've never had any problems and if I had they were resolved right away. There aren't enough hours in the day it seems especially when we're out here and there in there so there were so many days I wanted to send a pic or a letter but couldn't. Simply because being a single mom of 4 and working 2 jobs I didn't have the energy to go to Walgreens or sit and actually right. With pigeonly it allows me to send pics from my phone I can voice to text my letters and don't have to worry about sending it off cause I never do. Except when I go threw pigeonaly. They also offer more services and it's not goin to break the bank like the phone calls can.
And that in itself is a stress relief and I greatly appreciate it.

Answer: Hello: To all who have suffered multiple, unauthorized charges by Pigeonly. I have submitted all necessary info to classaction.org to initiate a class action suit. My request is being reviewed by lawyers who will let me know if Pigeonly's actions warrant a class suit. You can go to classaction.org to review the process. You may also want to check out the current suits and settlements to see if you qualify as an injured party entitled to a portion of the settlement. If the lawyers decide we have a valid case, they will draft the complaint and file with the appropriate court. The judge must approve the class action before it can go any further; the lawyers will reach out to injured parties, and/or post the suit/settlement on classaction.org, newspapers, etc. If you aren't contacted, please make the effort to join this class action once it's posted. It doesn't require an appearance in any court, nor much of your time. These people are lining their pockets at the expense of so many of us already forced to deal with unfortunate situations. Answer: I have it and for the first month worked fine now not working so I just went and got a cell # in his area and said forget it not paying for a service that does not work And when you call customer service they keep saying they are working on the issue and it has been 5 days since my first call saying it wasn't working they are letting you get through for about a month then assigning the # to someone else attaching it to that persons number a big, Ole scam do not use them
Answer: You can send a postcard or letter to your loved one and include your assigned number. Or give them the number the next time they call. Also a lot of jails have implemented emails.
