The company has several very serious issues. The platform is not reliable. In my case wrong items were added to the order. The order cannot be edited or canceled online. So, a customer has to write to support. The system generates a ticket which will be considered in a couple of days. This practice indicates that the company either not hurry to satisfy a customer or full of complaints. A customer has to contact the customer service. Pay attention, the company charges in $ US even a credit card billing address in Canada when an order is mailed to the USA. As a result, the refund will be incomplete. The difference is "sell-buy" US-Cad currency exchange rate. The company refuses to compensate this difference. The customer service is rude and arrogant. They do not know the word "sir" or think that "sir" and "man" are equally polite. I do not recommend dealing with the company!
The stretched canvas I ordered from them arrived with a broken center stretcher bar that someone tried to just tape up with packing tape (indicating the damage was not incurred during shipping). Obviously that did not work. As is the stretchers do not provide enough tension and the canvas is not flat. When I asked for a replacement they refused claiming it was possible I somehow broke the bar so they did not need to honor their warranty. I did not break the bar; they did, and then sent the product out that way. Truly dishonest people.
