I'M REPORTING TO FBI IC3 (INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTER. I THINK THIS IS A CHINESE COMPANY USING 'AMERICAN BUSINESS' FRONT. I HAVE NO TRUST IN THE ABILITY OF THESE MASK TO OFFER PROTECTION ANY BETTER THAN A KLEENEX TISSUE HELD ACROSS MY FACE.
Masks arrived late and total counterfeits. This company will not respond to any attempt to contact them for resolution. $250 down the drain. Buyer BEWARE!

Since the overwhelming number of reviews are as negative as mine, I have to suspect that the very few positive reviews could only have come form company employee who were paid to write them. After being shipped on 4-28, it arrived in San Francisco 6-1 indicating it must have been shipped by Chinese Junk. USPS tracking said it would be delivered 6-5. It is now 6-8 and it has not been delivered, which suggest perhaps the obsolete USPS must be some kind of subsidiary of Pharma-depot, or has been affected by their pathetic customer service policies. Due to totally unacceptable lack of professional business practices demonstrated by Pharm-depot, I sent a request to cancel my order 2 weeks ago, and advised my credit card company to not honor the non-delivered purchase. IFFF it ever arrives I plan to return it unopened, for fear it is probably contaminated by the Covid-19 virus, which would not surprise me, coming from China. I should probably simply burn it and return the ashes to Pharma-depot to prevent further spread of the virus. Based on their pathetic business practices, they would probably not even notice. Had I known the order was coming from China, I would never have placed the order. If anyone knows the ACTUAL business office location of Pharma-depot, please provide it for the rest of us. My search revealed at least 3 different ones, from Florida to Canada. A real confidence builder. I sent cancellation requests to all 3. Hopefully they can read English.
It appears this could be an importer that places the order in China and then the product is shipped to the customer. The deception is that the product is not in the US. For this reason, the delivery take more time than the 4-7 day as stated.
The KN-95 mask did arrived and were of good quality. The good part is that by paying with Paypal you can recover your money if necessary.
I never received the masks and filters that were ordered and charged to my credit card. I would not order as you will get nothing.
Need to update here: items did arrive, but not until after I filed a complaint through payment processor paypal. Only after that did I finally receive a shipping tracking number. Items arrived today, as expected (10 face masks as described). So not a scam site, items were shipped from China. Order placed May 5th, no update, contact, or tracking info until May 18th (their email address is not valid). So easy to suspect they are a scam. But should not have to go through so much (trying to get info, putting in investigation through Paypal, etc.). They're just not good at customer service. But again, product ordered arrived may 22nd.
Site looks legit, will process your payment, but no means of contact, then does not send shipping info or products ordered. Don't buy from here.
I ordered two cloth face masks; instead I received two cheap FOAM face masks from China. They are taking advantage and ripping people off. PayPal shouldn't allow them to use their services. I wish I could have the option to give them 0 stars!

Like others on this review site, I wish I had come across these reviews before I placed my order on 4/28. As of 5/20 I have not received anything. There is no way to get in touch with the company. I just called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I would give the company zero starts if I could.
Not worth it. Can get your product somewhere else cheaper and faster. Website is false and misleading. Coming from China and taking a 6 weeks or longer. Don't bother. Website claims 5-7 business was days. All lies!
On website it said they were in the U. S, purchased and Recieved some of my order so far but the other package is still in it's way from china. Actually recieved way more than I ordered so they might of gotten their packages mixed up in their warehouse. Thus the reason why you may recieve something different.
My order was finally delivered. I thought I was scammed but now I know that they just did not do a good job communicating. They have many one stars. But in the end they did deliver. I am giving them 3 stars. If they were faster I would give then 5 stars. It was frustrating but they did come through in the end. I paid for 50 masks. This is an honest review.
Never received after 18 days. Suspect this is a bogus company taking advantage of Covid 19 pandemic. Have read about these things. Thought I was safe.

I ordered x2 packs of 50 face masks and received two SINGLE face masks.
There are no numbers to call them on, their email address on the website bounces back and their online portal gives no reply.
I ordered the masks over a month ago to give them them opportunity to reply and STILL no response or face masks.
I have lost over £100 with no hope of a refund or masks.
Unfortunately I ordered masks from Pharma Depot before reading these reviews. Ordered masks on April 25,2020 and paid the extra shipping costs To get masks in 7 days. It is May 16th and order has NOT been delivered. Paid through PayPal and Order was paid on the same day. Pharma Depot does not have a customer service phone number that I can contact them to even track my order. I'm very disappointed and regret ordering through this company and paying through PayPal.
