I have ordered face mask in April and haven't received yet. It's look like scam because I did not receive any confirmation email from them even though I have tried contact them so many time through pay pal but not helpful.
Same as others. Ordered 10 masks on 4/25. Still have not received them. But they took my money without issue. Thankfully used paypal so they do not have my credit card info.

I ordered 3 N95 masks and paid for Priority shipping. They said I would get my order in 4-7 days. Ten days later they have no phone number on their website and they refuse to answer messages or emails. This company is the lowest form of petrified puke on the planet. They blatantly steal from people during a crisis. They should be forced to die in a pile of coronavirus feces.
I ordered two n95 adult masks on 04/28/20. I received one child sized mask on 05/11/20. I paid $22.50, and I am NOT happy. I also haven't been able to reach anyone by phone to schedule a return and refund.
I place an order with these without seeing the reviews which are so unlike me! There was no contact info for them other than a dodgy-looking email address is PayPal who I complained to as I hadn't received my order and I was really worried it was a scam. Three days after the complaint my goods turned up. My order was poorly packaged and from China but I did get it! Ordered it 7th May and got it on the 13th. They just need to communicate but I won't be reordering due to the looking unprofessional
I like others on this site ordered masks on April 20th and received notice that they were shipped on April 21st. Well it is May 12 and no masks. I also can't find any way to contact the company. I am really skeptical of any 5 star ratings.
We paid a total of £1073. 30 and I took a screen shot that stated 'payment successful' but never received any further confirmation of delivery. When I chased this, using the product enquiry box, and quoted the order number they emailed me back saying that I never paid for it. I then sent a copy of the screen shot by return of the email they sent to me and after 1 day this 'timed out' and was returned to me. They have no site contact details or means of communication. Please do not order from them, they are a scam! Making money out of this terrible virus is nothing more than shameful. The only reason they got 1 star was because it didnt let me leave them blank!
Ordered masks, face shields and goggles. Received the goods two weeks later. Reusable KN95 mask are ok, the foam dust ones are pretty useless (save your money), but one of the three goggles was broken and a piece is missing from one of the face shields. Wish I'd seen these naff reviews before ordering. The worst bit is they cannot be contacted - the only email address on their website does not work, and returns an error message. Avoid!

Should be zero stars. I ordered masks on April 9th, have not received them and the tracking has said "Shanghai, delivered to air transport" Since April 19th. When you click "contact us", nothing happens. I have sent an email thru PayPal and one thru my Pharma Depot account with no response. There is a big red bar on their website that says USPS Priority available 4-7 days. Don't believe it and do not order from them.
PHARA DEPOT PRESENTED A CONVINCING STORY ON THE INTERNET. I THOUGHT I WAS ON EBAY. I ORDERED USING PAYPAL FOR TWO ORDERS OF $249.99 EACH. THE MASKS WERE DESCRIBED SPECIFICALLY AS
TYPE KN95 AS RECOMMENDED BY CDC. THE FIRST ORDER WAS DELAYED A WEEK. THE MASKS DID NOT MEET THE KN95 STANDARD THAT CDC RECOMMENDS. THEY ARRIVED FROM NEW DELHI, INDIA. I DISSECTED THE WHITE 3 PLY MASKS. THE MASKS WERE 3 LAYERS WITH AN INSIDE LAYER COMFORTABLE BUT POROUS AND WOULD ADMIT AIR AND PARTICLES THE SIZE OF AN ANT. A MIDDLE LEVEL WHICH IS NOT POROUS. AND AN OUTSIDE LAYER WHICH WAS POROUS AND WITH A GRID THAT WOULD ADMIT A LARGE ANT. Not Close to the specification for a KN95 Mask
The Second order was similar to the first except it came from Shanghai, had Gray Masks with a front valve, and a few days later when I returned to the site my screen copy had an added note that declared the web page.
Ordered 2 Reusable KN95 Respirator Masks on May 5,2020; a $24.68 charge, including USPS Priority shipping. Paid up front with a VISA cc which processed via PayPal at an additional 20 cent charge for some reason. Whereupon, I was informed the order would be shipped from China; an unsavory piece of information, not informed upfront. Confirmed w/ a 14 digit Order Number and a 30 digit Tracking number. On May 8,2020, received notice; Arrived Flushing, NY, Shipping Partner HJ Express USA LLC-EVS, w/ USPS awaiting their receipt. That's the last I heard for the past 3-days. Reported the matter to USPS yesterday. Have yet to hear anything. No way found to contact and report to Pharma-Depot. Everything offered on their website is a dead-end. After reading all of the reviews on this sitejabber.com, I'm beginning to believe I've been scammed, given away my VISA credit card number and lost $25. Truly Shameful. Feel like an idiot.
I order three weeks ago and I have not received a notice nor tracking number. The payment goes through pay pal eve though you pay with your credit card. I do not recommend this app nor company'.
Ordered masks on April 15, paid extra for DHL shipping. Package never been sent. They are creating false tracking

The company is ripping people off. I only gave one star because I had to rate something but deserve minus twenty. Nothing but a scam at a time like this. I wish that I had seen this before I ordered the face mask. Pay Pal should be ashamed for allowing this to happen. They need to refund all our money.
Do not shop at pharma depot. I purchased several items and did not receive. Once you place your order there is no way to contact them even thought they state they have "live chat" and a "contact us" button. If you click on contact us it does not open anything and there is no way to access the love char. This is a scam business. For those they received some items the other reviews str the items are super low quality etc. this is horrible to have sites like this scamming people. There offices are they are from
