DO NOT BUY! Ordered face masks on April 20. Today is June 23, still no face masks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I'd rate zero if I could. Ordered April 27,2020. It's June 16th and I've not received my order. I haven't received a chipping notice either. Web site changed from Pharma Central to Pharma Depot and is now saying there's no account with my email. There's no customer service email or phone number. Unfortunately, I didn't log in to my PayPal account to pay, but just simply entered my cc number to pay via PayPal. I hope I can find some recourse. This is a scam and very fraudulent. Beware. Do not purchase from this site.

This site, same as its sister site pharma-depot.com, seems to be operated by a Chinese company shipping stuff out from China.

They are legit, but their advertised shipping time of 'USPS Priority (4-7) business day' is really misleading. Actually, it is borderline false advertising.

I bought 20 packs of their disposable face masks on April 25th 2020 from one of their sister sites pharma-central.com. (That site now redirects user to pharma-depot.com). My oder was shipped the next day via China Post e-Packet the next day. Item was transferred to air transport (assuming cargo but it could be transported using passenger airline) from Shanghai on April 28. It took a really long time to get to USPS from China. In fact, it took 39 days for USPS to update tracking on June 6th indicating the package got to their hands.
Maybe shipping time was affected by air cargo backlog in China in addition to the very limited passenger flights flying out from China. I know cargo transit between China and the destination country is really out of the hands of the merchant, but this merchant should have put up a disclaimer on the site so the customers are aware of this situation.

I received this package on June 11th, so 4-7 business days would be correct if you only count the processing time by USPS.

Be aware, if you are a US customer, with Transportation Department started to block all passenger flights from China on June 16th, 2020 and this flight ban would further affecting shipping time of all Chinese exporters, including pharma-depot.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I placed my order for masks 4/12 and today is 6/8. I did a chat today and the guy said it takes 10-45 days -- well it's been 57 days and I never heard a thing from them about the order status. Their site says they're in Temple, FL, but they don't provide an address or phone and doing a search doesn't come up with a company by that name in that city. I'm pretty sure I will never see the masks.

I ordered PPE for my family on the 2nd May 2020 and 30 days later no delivery! The website pharmadepot.co.uk says 3-6 days expedited shipping available. Despite contacting them through my account messaging portal I've been fobbed off twice (first time told me the delivery was coming from China - had I been told that in the first place I'd never have placed this order), 2nd time (after 2weeks) I was told to please wait a few more days - 3rd time (3weeks) - no reply and finally yesterday I asked for a refund - no reply and now today it seems my account has been deleted I couldn't give this company ZERO stars rating so ignore the 1 star it's really ZERO

I did not research this company prior to my purchase (1,000 Type IIR, 100 KN95 masks) on 5/18/20. The website was pharma-central.com, not pharma-depot. The fact that it is actually operated by pharma-depot is revealed in their "Terms and Conditions" section. (I know, I should have read that beforehand - who does).

The shipping was steep, but I needed the masks, so I paid what I had to. Responses to my inquiries was spotty, and the reasoning for delays appeared to be "canned" because specific questions were not answered. I thought I was being scammed, so I told them just that and included the link to these reviews here. After multiple complaints about not receiving my purchases on time, they finally forwarded tracking numbers. BUT, it took several days until the packages showed up in the USPS tracking system. The shipment was received by HJ Express USA (a China shipping company in Flushing, NY) but wasn't actually delivered to an actual USPS facility until 5/29. Received the masks on 6/1/20. Due to the fact that 1,000 were not the Type IIR that I ordered, poor communication, which caused quite a bit of unnecessary stress, I would not recommend this outfit.

I also added a link to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) website Scam Alert page and threatened to report them if I did not receive my shipment within 24 hours.

Ordered masks on 5/1/20 and communicated to them that I needed them by 5/8/2020 to replenish my stock of masks. I am a first responder for HOME DEPOT and must wear a mask at all times to perform my duties. Masks did not arrive on 5/8//2020 so I canceled my order and had to go to a MEDICAL SUPPLY HOUSE to purchase the masks and facial coverings at a much greater cost to me. Received email on 5/13/2020 that the masks were on the way. I again issued a cancelation of my order to no avail. Masks arrive on 5/18/2020. I then email them for a RETURN SHIPMENT AUTHORIZATION and have not heard back from them as of 5/31/2020.
