My girlfriend wanted to purchase a Powerfit Elite she saw on a tv commercial. So I looked into it and found one for her it had a trail offer for 30 days where you pay only 14.99 but when I checked it out it tried charging me full price so I said screw it and didnt do it. But unbeknown to me Nov 3 she bought it herself for 178.99 and the paypal receipt says it was bought from Pharma-Depot. They did not include any kind of tracking info nor is there a way to contact them. I looked on the website and they dont even have Powerfit Elites. I tried using the order tracker on the site and it shows nothing. PayPal has their info listed as Pharma-Depot *******@163.com
Which looks bogus and doesn't respond. So I contact them no luck after 6 days now Nov 9 I opened a refund claim and that's when they responded stating its peak season for e-business companies. So I am now helping to getting a refund for her. Do not shop here I dont trust them with my card info either so be very careful.
They took forever to get you me my order, so I cancelled my order. It came later so I returned the items to the return address on the package. After that I was told I had to send it to CHINA! I had already returned it to the address on the package. Clearly it is not a company who has any integrity at all! I never received my money back and had no order either. I would never order from these people again. Clearly I am not the only one who has had issues...
Ordered masks and paid $25+ for guatanteed delivery. After approx 1 1/2 months. No masks. I filed a complaint with Paypal. The masks finally arrived. Via regular China Post and Canada Post. After weeks of correspondence through Paypal. Why did I pay for guaranteed delivery? DON'T BUY FROM THESE JOKERS! PS: Paypal was totally useless!
I'd give zero stars if possible Charged me $73 for 10 masks which are now offered at $30. Took months to deliver. The masks are not usable. KN95 masks with an exhalation valve. You can exhale but you cannot inhale. They don't have a customer service email address. Emails to them bounced back. The email address that PayPal has, they never answer. They lied about being an American company. On the website it still says that they are based in Temple, FL. They are not. If you're unhappy with your purchase, you have to return to China to get your money back. That will cost more than the items you received.
I'm satisfied with Pharma Depot, I will be making my 3rd purchase today 8/23/20. My first order did take long (over 3 weeks), however the shipment came directly from China. The second order arrived faster, coming from NY. Shipping is not the issue. Your merchandise is quality PPE that is not overpriced. Merchandise is the same PPE that the hospital use. In addition, this company is endorsed by "ProjectN95". DO YOUR RESEARCH! I would highly recommend this company. I place order over $200.00 and always been satisfied. The face shields, KN95 masks with 6 layer protection, I'm very satisfied.
Ordered KN95 masks on June 27th, 2020. Banner on website indicated it would take 10 business days. Asked for money back after waiting over 2 weeks but was refused because was told item has already shipped?(no shipping details were given at time of order. Emails to company were ignored).
Items showed up 4 weeks later... August 19th.
Paid via PayPal and initiated a complaint on July 7th. They responded on July 30th that they had reached out to vendor. Have heard nothing as of this writing.
Product quality seems fine but shipping delays so disappointed me that I feel I couldn't recommend this vendor. Bad experience!
The company advertises one product but when they are delivered (late) its a sub quality product. The old bait and switch. When you try reach the company, it's impossible to get any help. We disputed the charges with PayPal and after 2 months we were told to return them to an address in China. When you look up the address it does not exist. So that they can claim they never received it. Such a scam! We lost 179 dollars on 10 masks. Never never again.

My order took 3 weeks to receive, even though you're forced to pay extra for priority shipping to receive in 1 week. They switched the masks I ordered from N95 to disposable masks, cost difference of $91, which I was NOT credited. Still emailing back/forth, and keep getting automated responses. TERRIBLE, WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING! SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Ordered July 7 received July 28... so a little later than promised. Quality seems good. Would buy from here again.

I had ordered a UV Sterilizer Lamp and also KN95 Respirators with Breathing Valve, back on May 19th 2020, for a total value of $252.39 Canadian dollars. I have tried to contact some one and no return responses. Very disappointed and would not recommend this site to anyone. Never again!

I ordered 2 black mask the fabric was rubber and the smell was foul I threw them away. I also brought 4 N95 which advertised as medical mask but when I received them the enclosed paper says non medical material. My entire order was junk fake mask that I can't use not to mention it took 3 weeks to deliver
Order 5-4-2020 this July 15-2020, and have not recieve them.is this company, a scam i paid 74.99 for 10 Kn95 surgical masks. I have receive, no masks.
Ordered 20 kn95 and 50 surgical masks on 6/23 via their website using Paypal. No communication or confirmation email or shipping info was ever provided. I was worried I had been scammed and was about conatct Paypal to dispute when a USPS package (double plastic shipping bag from Jamaica NYC) was received on 7/6. Order was correct and I was satisfied with the product quality. A shame their communication and confirmation is non-existent but feel lucky I did not lose $105 USD.
I made an order on 6-19-20 and have not received it as of 7-7-20. There is no way to contact this company. No way to track my order. I will report them the to Texas Attorney General's fraud section.
I purchased $100 in items- I got wrong facemasks, CRAP! Only 4 were right. Did not send 2 things, was worth like $30. I disputed with paypal & LOST because of CVID I could only email them & They are in China so it was a S- SHOW!
Since my last update - my dispute was progressed by PayPal. Pharna-Depot decided about 3 days ago to provide a copy of a "receipt", which gave no further information - they had until 2 July to provide details to PayPal, so left it to nearly the deadline to give them any sort of response - which only showed that my parcel had been sent (which I already knew) - my parcel now, according to the last time I was actually able to log in to my account, seems to have taken up residence at Shanghai airport - it's been there for about 6 weeks now!
There is another email address to add to the previous ones I've posted - *******@163.com - which didn't bounce back - they just didn't reply!
When I received this from PayPal, I contacted them again, and they reviewed my dispute, and I was informed yesterday that they have resolved it in my favour!
This is the first time that I've opened a dispute through PayPal, and I'm extremely pleased with the outcome.
I will definitely check company reviews before using them in future. This could have been an expensive mistake, which I couldn't afford.

Since my last update, I have discovered that my account log in details for this company "are incorrect"! - strange when they worked for over a month without a problem! The "forgotten password" tab doesn't actually work either. As far as I know, my order, which was shown as "at Air Transport, Shanghai" on 14 May is still loitering there! I put tracking number into Royal Mail Track and Trace, and that shows it as still in transit and preparing to leave China! I ran out of patience (and possible email addresses for this company's many different titles and sites), and made contact with PayPal and they have now issued a dispute for me against Pharma-Depot, so will see if that results in any response from the company! I won't hold my breath!

Is coming up to a month since my order was shipped.
I placed an order on 29 April 2020 which was shipped on 1 May 2020. Apparently because I'm in UK only one shipping method available - and no idea of how long it would take to arrive. My payment for the order was taken as soon as shipped - paid with debit card through PayPal. I ordered something from Hong Kong when they were in the height of their Covid-19 restrictions, and it took less than 2 weeks, so wasn't overly concerned when I saw that items were being sent from China.
I got a tracking number and this was first indication that order was being shipped by China Post from China. Even though my order got through first 2 stages of shipment relatively quickly, it then sat at the International Mail Processing Centre in Shanghai for several days, then moved to the International Mail Exchange, where it sat for several more days. It has now been at Air Transport since 14 April 2020 - it's now 24 April. My parcel has been listed as "in transit" for most of the time since shipping. It is due to pass to Royal Mail in the UK, and when I try to track order, the last update was 7 May, which said that parcel "has left China" when it obviously hasn't, and they can't give me any information until it reaches the UK.
I have tried to email company as Pharma-Depot, aka Pharma-Supply.co.uk, and also found another name they also use. All of these emails have been rejected.
Their site says that there is a "contact us" facility - not that I can find! Seems to be absolutely impossible to contact anyone at this company.
I'm now starting to worry that my order will never arrive, and that I've lost £45 that I can't afford to lose.
I wish that I'd seen these reviews before I ordered - I would definitely have thought twice about using them.
I ordered a package of (10) KN-95 facemasks 3 weeks ago and played through PayPal. To date I haven't received as much as a receipt for my order. There's no way to contact them. No phone number. No email address! Nothing. I wish now I hadn't put so much faith in the internet! Don't order from these bombs. You'll be throwing away your money!

I placed an order on May 20th for face masks. On May 20th I got an update that it was in Queens NY waiting to be sorted and shipped. Its now June 26th and their hasn't been any activity since. Their customer support blames flights but that shouldn't make a difference since its been at a sort facility in Queens, NY 6+ weeks ago. The facility is literally 20 mins away from where I live. Obvious scam. So sad taking advantage of people at a time like this. Rot in hell!
