Ordered 2 weeks ago no tracking number yet and f@$k PayPal too. Purchased 10 mask and they took the money right away nothing yet and PayPal wants you to wait a month to resolve the dispute. Save your money for someone that has the product. All from China
Very dissapointed after a load of hassle with Hermes delivery to find only 2 masks out of 10 in the packet. It says 10 on the label and only 2 inside. I have written a complaint but sadly don't expect a reply. So basically each mask has cost me £28 when they should have been £5.50. Very very cross.
I paid $73.22 for 10 masks on 4/27. To date, I have yet to hear from Pharma Depot. Has my order shipped? Paid $8.23 for shipping & insurance. It's been 10 days... where are they?
I've tried reaching them twice they are not responding to my messages, but I will be filing my complaint on them to the FTC companies like them should be revoked from doing any business. Especially doing these times false advertising. Now I see one post on here someone lpl received their order so what they sending orders to certain people. I payed in total $92.93 and all they can do for me is refund me my money. I made this purchased on April 17,2020 the last time I was able to check they showed it was shipped on their sites, but I can't find nothing from any carriers on a dam tracking number. I'm going to file my complaint today.
I ordered a pack of ten face masks from this company on 19th April. On 20th April I received an email from them saying that due to an error only one mask had been sent and that the remaining nine would be dispatched. The single mask arrived on 25th April but we are now 5th May and there is no sign of the remaining nine and the tracking reference that they sent me does not work. I have messaged and emailed them and have had no response and I have now taken it up with Amex (paid via Paypal) and they will charge-back. I certainly would not recommend using this company.
Everything works temperature accurately measures Good Goods and the seller is well done, I recommend the seller, packed just but the parcel came without damage.

I ordered disposable face masks from this company and opted to pay by debit card even though they directed me to Paypal. I then got an email saying that I was paying by PayPal which was wrong and that they were awaiting payment followed almost straightaway by another email saying I had paid and stating 'Thanks for using PayPal to complete your transaction'. By now I was suspicious and emailed them to say I hadn't paid by PayPal.
No reply from them so far. I am now concerned that I have given them my card details and that this may be a scam. I chose one star because there was no rating for no stars.

I wish there were more reviews prior to my purchase on 4/17, I payed for expedited shipping for a 7 day delivery here on 5/1 nothing except a run around from PAYPAL do not use paypal as they donot offer buyer protection, seller sent tracking number to a parcel that STILL hasn't left the facility. Save your money! Especially during these uncertain times, both companies are thieves!

It is now April 28,2020... I have NOT received my items, but they received my money!
I called the USPS in La Puente, CA and they stated this company uses a 3rd party which creates shipping labels but have not received the product. I was told that it may come some weeks or months later.
I'll NEVER order from this company again.
If I could give a rating less than 1star, i would give negative 20!
Don't buy anything from this people. KN95 mask are fake and they sent just 1 instead of 5, $5.99. Also protective googles pack of 5, $24.95 and only received one and broken, very low quality. Everything is from black market in China.
Over a week ago I ordered a box of masks and they have not arrived yet. I own an insulating company and normally the price of a box of 8210 masks is $20.00 give or take. I ordered a box of masks from this company and paid $279.99. This is a typical example of taking advantage of a crisis for financial gain. There should be laws in place to protect the customer from these types of crisis predators.
I ordered surgical face masks bc of the pandemic and they have yet to be shipped! I was supposed to get the product in 3-5 days and it's been a week and they haven't left the facility. No response from the company to my emails.
