Smells funny but I get to pet the ferrets without having to own one.

If I compare petco to petsmart,,, theres no comparison. I think the variety of petsmart is surperior by far and in the brick and mortar stores their staff tends to be a lot more knowledgeable

I've always had a great experience shopping at Petsmart. The people are quite helpful and they know what they're talking about.

Nice products, nice prices, many stores and service is nice as well. Is not as famous as petco but really close. Me and my dogs love shopping there.

Good product selection, but very high prices. PetSmart wants to operate with high margins and make the consumer carry the burden of paying for inefficient operating costs.

Not only are they extremely helpful (Mississauga) but we love the fact Petsmart has things like adoption weeks as well, this tells us not only that they care but that the money we spend there isn't just going to profits but rather it goes to good causes as well!

Awesome store they carry everything you could need for a large variety of animals. They also carry adoptions in store. Such as snakes, lizards, frogs, mice, hamsters, gerbils, birds, fish, cats and several other aminals. You can purchase your animal and all the thungs you need to take care of it all in one store.

This company knowingly sells pet food that literally kills animals. I have had one cat die, and the cause was a blockage of food in his intestines.

Very helpful customer service! Many times, You can find the same products at walmart (doggie treats and doggie collars, leashes, etc) for much cheaper! PetSmart can be very expensive.

Another antiquated business that needs you to create yet another marginal internet account instead of using top-level single sign on SSO providers e.g. Google, Facebook

Recently my St. Bernard needed major surgery and needed a big collar. Like most dogs he hates them he can be stubborn, so he will bang his head on the wall until it breaks. These guys came up with a semi-ridgid cloth collar. It was solid enough that it kept him from licking the wound and loose enough that he couldn't break it.

I recently visited petsmart to purchase some crickets for my sons reptiles.the worker back there where they were at stopped what she was doing and cut open a shipped box of crickets just for me because the selves were empty. She was very kind in getting just the right size crickets and the amount of crickets I needed and she also knew the exact price on them.
