I paid for a service but then was not prompted to give any information about my pet. I immediately emailed them, as they say they have 24-hour email communication, but 10.5 hours later I had heard nothing. So, I called them during their business hours and received a message that it was outside their business hours (which it wasn't). So, I waited and emailed and called again. The woman on the phone said she'd refer me to their technical team and then promptly disconnected me. I then received a response to my second email that said I was refunded my money in a rather sterile, unwelcoming email that didn't answer the questions I had posed in my two emails. This is far too unprofessional and worrisome for a service that requires a prompt response. I recommend lostmykitty.com or its equivalent lostmydoggy.com. That's what I switched to.
This has a wide spread and more detailed information for missing pets. I'd highly recommend using it again or using it along with the other sites for missing or foundpets.
I just sent an amber alert request. Haven't had any experience yet on what happens. So I can't say much. I'll give another reviews after time has passed.
I am hopeful that this will help find my kitty. He is shy and skittish and frightened after jumping off a balcony in response to a loud noise (car backfire or fireworks?)
My grandfather is 78 years old and casey is his best friend in the whole world seeing him upset like this is hurting me, please bring her home to him.
And this website helped him a whole lot. I remember he was so heartbroken when it happened, understandably so. But with the help of these guys those two are now reunited!
I have tried facebook groups, posting flyers, visiting animal shelters and all veterinary. I believe this is my last hope of reaching people by phone.
I think this is great actually gives you hope of getting your pet back. I have got my cat on many sites but this one seems as if they really care. Although their pricing could be a little cheaper
This is not a legitimate business. They take your money, don't send out any kind of alerts, are not reachable by phone or email and break you're already broken heart. Unethical and just plain cruel.
Such an easy process to follow to help get your fur baby back. I'm so thankful that this service exists and is helping people be reunited with their animals.
Appreciate this service very much and really hope for the best results! If works as planned I'll be back and report my experience even further. Thank you!
I'm hoping this is not a scam, but when you're pet missing, you let your guards down a bit. It seems ideal on what they are advertising so Puppy god, please help.
It was super easy to post an alert for my lost dog, even from my mobile. Highly recommend this page in the unfortunate event that you lose your previous pet.
What an amazing idea to help people find their loved ones, their family, their pets! Within 24 hours, they will let businesses and neighbors know that you're searching for your pet!
As it's difficult to knock on doors, I like the idea of this service making calls. I hope this helps locate my cat who has been missing for almost 3 weeks.
Our newly adopted bichon (a puppymill survivor) escaped from our fenced yard. We were in a full blown panic. A neighbor suggested this service and we are so very thankful we used it.
Our dog was returned to us by caring folks this evening... less than 24hrs later. PetAmberAlert is well worth the money. Don't hesitate to use it.

Hope it helps me find my dog which has been missing since Saturday the 5th. It nice to have wonderful web sites available to help those people in need.
Quick and easy forms for finding your lost pet. Website is layed out really well. Good luck on your searches
Answer: No, it's a (scam) business that offers to broadcast your lost pets information after paying.
Answer: You need to put up big neon posters. You can get poster board from Dollar Tree and in big letters you need to write something in maybe five words or less because people will be driving by and they can only read about that much in route. Put underneath that the information about your kitty and a picture. Make a minimum of four to have one at both ends of your street and the street over from yours both sides you should have one at the beginning and in the end. Compose a letter from you to your neighbors asking them to please help you find your cat by looking in their sheds and anything that the kitty could have gotten into in their backyard. Let them know a heartfelt way how important this is to you and how much you miss your kitty. Along with this letter have a picture of your cat and then put it in every mailbox you can. If you can't get to a mailbox put it on the windshield of a car. See if your local grocery store will let you hang a sign of some sort on there door or something school see if you can put something up at at the schools. I hope you find your kitty
