I ordered 6 items because of the free returns. All of the items were see-through and the material made Forever 21 look expensive. They fit horrible. None fit in the chest area. When I went to return, the company made it very difficult and would not provide the free return promised.

I have a very hard time believing any of the positive reviews are real!

There are so many pretty styles of dresses and blouses to choose from. Petallush was quick to ship the items I ordered. The clothes all fit perfectly.

I ordered 11 of the Short Sleeve V- Neck Ruffle Maxi Dress for my bridesmaids (copycat of the bohme willa ruffle dress) and I was so excited about it because they were cheap and had very positive reviews on their website. Upon receiving them, they were nothing like what was advertised on their site. They were totally see-through and the fabric was super cheap. I sent in a complaint and tried to put a review on their website and they immediately changed the picture on the site to better reflect the quality of it and denied my review submission. They still made me pay for the return after trying to convince me that the problem was a missing slip (that obviously was not included and did not go with the dress at all). This is the definition of a skeezy site.

The customer service is horrible no invoice with purchase. No address or phone number available on line website doesn't work. So can't return an item. I followed measurement guide and dress was still 2 to 3 sizes small

The only complaint I have is about the high cost of shipping. But the dresses are much cheaper here than exact same dresses at other stores, so I guess it all balances out. Still, it's high shipping.

I was easy to select and pay. I love the way the Maxi dress fits except the sleeves are a little tight.

The Maxi dress with pockets was a little big and just didn't look good on. Also neck was too high.

Not sure yet. First time shopping on your site.

Dress too small for my large breast.

I bought the "white floral shirt puff sleeve square neck mini" from Petallush and was really disappointed by the quality and fit. It wasn't like the one shown by the model on their website, the elastic was too tight in strange places and meant it didn't fit at all.

I contacted the company to request a refund and their reply berated me about pulling up the collar, I have tried several times to wear the dress as the model is demonstrating and clearly this dress is faulty! The company made no reference to my request for a refund and was very dismissive, some of the worst customer service I have ever received, I would urge everyone not to use this company, terrible quality items, terrible customer service and so rude in their replies.

Certainly won't be shopping with them again!

I don't like being deceived. The dress looks nothing like what the model is wearing. If the fabric is Rayon, like the tag says, it's unlike any I've experienced. It does not drape softly, rather it feels and looks like a plastic bag hanging there. The color is not blue it's gray. It wrinkles and is not easy to iron, as the fabric is so fragile it can't tolerate steam. It was shipped in a plastic bag and jammed into my mail box because any special care would not remedy the performance of this product. Planning on returning it!

I like the selection and website experience. I don't dare order again because of my bad experience with the sizing.

I've ordered twice. I love the beautiful dresses. I just received my first order and the item was just as I expected it. It fit well and appeared just like the image on the website. So far, I've had a good experience with this company.

Tried to place the order 4 or 5 times before I succeeded. Site was not user friendly in using my debit card. After I finally got my order placed, I was very pleased with clothing and shopping time,

I ordered two dresses, with the sizes based on the measurements provided for each dress. Both of the dresses are much too big. And now I have the hassle of having to return them, not to mention having to pay for return shipping. I am going to take the matter up with both Petallush and my credit card company. This is so wrong.

Don't like the color. Don't like how it feels the color is to light. Don't like the material.
