I love your selection of dresses and am anxious to wear them.

The online ordering system was very easy to navigate.

I bought 4 dresses for my girls and one came in the wrong size. Not only would they not let me return the dress for the right size they wouldn't refund my money. After a month of dealing with their customer service I finally settled for a half refund, which they never refunded! It's been a bad enough experience that I'll never be back. It's a shame that their return process is so terrible!

It took 2 full weeks to receive dress. How many times do I say not what picture shows.

I need an answer of how to return the dress. I have asked twice and no reply either time

The sizing was all wrong. Too tight thru the bust. The measurements in the ad we're way off

I was not able to track my package and customer service replied "It takes some time to update your tracking information online and we have urged the shipping side to update it asap, please don't worry." Once received, I was not satisfied with the product and requested a refund. I was told "Sorry to tell you that we don't provide return shipping labels currently" and was offered $11 to keep the dress, and when I insisted on a full refund, I was offered $14. I have never had to "bargain" for a refund and honestly, I would NEVER order from them again. Hopefully, this will help potential clients of having to go through a similar nightmare of an experience.

The cream top is very see through and blue top very small

Terrible company! I had to return my dresses to Petallush. At first they tried to negotiate for me to keep the dresses for partial in store credit. I finally persuaded them I really did want a refund. I followed their instructions for returns and provided them a tracking number. They verified they received the tracking number. After I realized I hadn't received a refund from them, I reached out to request my refund. They ignored each of the emails I sent about not receiving my refund. I never received the refund and even paid for the shipping to send the dresses back! This company has the worst customer service and they don't even have a phone number to call them at. So frustrating!

I find descriptions, sizes and fabrics weird and not fully honest. Some of the dresses were okay but I specifically looked for natural fibers as almost everything is polyester and not very good quality.

In the end they did their best to satisfy me and I don't feel I wasted my money but I don't think I will purchase from petalpush again unless they change their policies.

Was apprehensive ordering from a site l didn't know and thought being in NSW Australia, my order might take ages to arrive. Ordered 18 Dec and arrived 29th. Five tops are all as pictured, fit well and are good quality. I am probably between a 10 and 12, ordered small which is a close fit.

I've bought several of your dresses and very satisfied with quality of fabric and they are well made. I'm a seamstress and for me to say they are well made is good!

I ordered two dresses and paid for expedited shipping for Christmas. I had to contact them to get any information and learned that one of my items is no longer in stock. Their policy says orders are processed within one day of placing the order. If it's processed in one day it shouldn't take two weeks to get here especially with 3-7 day expedited shipping. I ordered on 12/10 and on 12/22 and my order is still in China. After multiple emails and asking that my shipping be refunded all I got was the offer of $10 off my next order. So so so disappointed. Will not shop here again.

I'm so disappointed with this company. 13 messages back and forth with this company and still no return authorization. The clothing fits very small and it is of poor quality/color. The company did not ship my complete order and asked for multiple pictures and for me to weigh the box to prove that an item was missing. No packing slip. Poor English in email correspondence. Buyer BEWARE!

1st time user - no problems. First time using online shopping - great experience.

Pretty great - wish it would update with Canadian pricing for coupons.

I loved the look of the dress however when it arrived it didn't fit me. Very disappointed as I measured myself before ordering and bought the size I needed.
