I took the papers to my employer to have it deducted from my pay and my paystub and my HR says they've received 2 payments now and they're telling me they received no money and they have. I've showed my paystub and still they said they haven't received payment. Something seriously wrong with their accounting department. So they've received 2 payments and I've received nothing.

I love the convenience and the fast shipping. The various array of products are good too. The prices are sometimes marked up to 25% over cost in the stores. If the prices were lower you would have gotten a 5 star rating.

I'd be happy to address our pricing. Our prices for most items are generally comparable, but they may be higher than a typical retail store as we provide the unique shopping experience, offering top quality products with the convenience of paying over time.
While there is a small convenience factor, we do not charge interest on purchases and ship the order after only one payment!
That said, as a financial platform, we always encourage our customers to choose the purchasing option that is most comfortable for their own financial situation and goals
This was the worst online purchase experience in my life. My bag is not authentic and there are no returns. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. You cannot verbally speak to anyone everything is thru email. It's a ABSOLUTE NO FOR ME‼

I trying to get a xbox throw then. On there site it says that after your frist payment your order will send off in 3-5 business days after that payment. But when my payment with throw it said I wont send out into 6 to 8 weeks. What the hell

I thought maybe this was going to be a legitimate company but It hasn't been that way so far. I odered tires for my truck. Tires came in fine just wouldn't fit my truck. It is a nightmare for customer service. Only texting and sporadic responses. When I oredered the tires there was no size conformation in the shopping cart to confirm they had the correct size at checkout. I really didn't think much about it, just thought the the hox highlighted was what would ship. I was wrong. My truck has a small lift and takes a little larger than the standard, however what I received was a tire for a very small truck. Did I say that there wasn't a size listed in the cart or at checkout? I needed 285/70/17 and received 215/65/16. Lots of difference. Now Ive been messaging back and forth with someone for a couple of weeks now without much help. Received a message today with return labels and no promise of a replacement. They also said that I will be charged a $10 fee for processing plus 5% restocking fee and shipping. Don't do business with these folks. No customer service.

HORRIBLE. BUGGED ME AND BUGGED ME THEN DENIED ME. Sent me hundreds of emails trying to get me to use them, I go ahead and decide to then they say "Can not approve this purchase at this time" No credit check no hassles ids their policy. Well if they denied me they check something. What a SCAM!

I am dissatisfied. I ordered an item 3 weeks ago and have still not gotten my product. Ive now asked for a refund and cancel my order because they are jot holding up on their end. I dont understand how they are able to take money from you but not produce a product... will NOT Deal with them again
They say they're interest free but they fail to mention their products are almost double what you'd spend in store. I was curious and looked at a TV on perpay. It was 300 less through best buy. Just because they offer payments, doesn't make it worth it.
I purchased a computer through them in December 2020, I received it and was happy, 4 days later it stopped working, then the only means of contact them for any support is through email, there is no means of speaking with a live person even through there "chat" services, which is a joke! I get the return label, I return the computer, I receive the replacement a few weeks later. Again, excited to get my new computer set up and ready to go. 4 days later yup you guessed it stopped working! Contacted them through their crappy means of communication and 2 weeks later I finally receive a return label, but they are refusing to refund my purchase, they will only give me credit back onto their site, and I now refuse to do business with them ever again!
I placed an order. Over $500 worth of stuff. For one, they charge for shipping and secondly they take forever to ship anything. I had already made 3 payments on the item before it even got delivered to me. That's how long it takes. They need to do away with charging for shipping when you spend a certain amount. Secondly, money shouldn't be pulled from my account until they have confirmation that the item has been delivered. I didn't even know if the item was in good condition or not so they need to stop doing that. Don't waste your money here.
I am now going on 4 payments for a damn PS5 and I ordered this the FIRST DAY they had this on their site and almost 3 months later STILL NO CONSOLE but they're happy to take your money... Then I'm being told that I'm number 118 in the queue currently. This is BS and this company also charges you DOUBLE what the product actually costs and they need to be shutdown... I ordered a doll house for my Granddaughter for Christmas and still haven't received it. I was suppose to pick it up from a UPS Access Point and it wasn't there... Customer Service told me to file a claim with UPS and I have... Now they are making up other excuses... I'm so done with this company

I have been a customer of perpay for 2-3yrs, i had no issue until recently when they dropped my limit from 2800 to 800 because they said my paychecks decreased, i told them that was due to covid, mind you i was only late once since covid and hrs got cut. They did not take that into consideraton, very dissapointed
Going on 3 years as a customer. They are prompt and take care of any issues in a timely manner I have had 13 purchases with them and only 1 issue and they took good care of me. Highly recommend.
I have been shopping with Perpay for more than 3 years now and I am totally satisfied! I save my credit limit of $1800 and use it all at once during Christmas, comes in handy on those expensive electronics that the kids love!
On August 4th, 2020 I ordered a laptop from Perpay. I received it on Aug 11th and it was defective.It took them 9 days to send me a return label via email. I returned the laptop UPS as the label indicated on Aug20th. At that time I was told by Kevin at Perpay to place the order again and tell him when I was finished, which I did. My order is still in the waiting to ship status but I received a message from Gavin at Perpay telling me an order was shipped to me by mistake, which I have never received. The customer service response times have been aweful. The last response from Gavin came almost 24 hours after I messaged (the only contact method) and is supposed to be within a few hours. I just want to talk to a human, on the phone to get this straight! VERY DISSAPOINTED!
Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
Answer: Yup! I use it pretty often. I have terrible credit and it helps me get things. Not to mention after using them for a while they also gave me a credit card with a $500 limit!
