This is my first purchase with them and it could not have gone better! I bought my granddaughter this perfume she likes (Gucci Guilty) at a great price and had it sent to CA. She got in two days! Now that's fantastic customer service. They are so good about keeping you posted on your delivery status too. Perfume.com is my new go-to bc I but a lot of perfume!

Ive bought from perfume.com a few times now - my most recent purchase was so disappointing that Im on here writing about it - so you don't make the same mistakes I did. The first thing I noticed was the scent didn't match up to what Ive purchased in store. There are subtle undertones (flower and freshness) and a sweetness that is completely absent. There is a very very strong wiff of alcohol and the spray loses its scent within the first 15 mins. After the first couple uses I started seeing some of the metallic paint from the bottle was coming off onto my fingers. Upon closer inspection the workmanship on the bottle is extremely shoddy. Every legitimate bottle Ive purchased was very well made - nothing ever flaked off the bottles and the fake jewels were seemingly cemented into the glass - on these perfume.com scents the bottles immediately start falling apart. Please see images for clarity. Buyer Beware - These perfumes are not genuine.

Experience good so far. Now I'm hoping the fragrance is same as I remember. Received my order but very disappointed. It smells like bug spray and I cannot wear it. Would like instructions on how to return.

Easy to order, price is right, delivery fine. My only concern is that the packaging that it came in was not typical at all for d&g: the flimsy poorly constructed box with one color printing seems beneath they're normally high standards for packages. But the cologne smells legitimate.

I did order something from this site 4 days ago. By the look of it, there are issues with the order. I've been trying to contact the seller with no luck, endless e-mails and phone calls but there is no one on the other side to help. I don't believe that this is a real company otherwise someone would've contacted me. Such a disappointment, now I have to get through an investigation process in order to get my money back. I would not recommend perfume.com to anyone, I am very surprised to see this positive feedback, misleading!

I think your policy for not receiving refunds for items not received is very sad. I am a senior citizen, 77 years old disabled, and I always have them ring my bell when I order from any place. They didn't ring my bell they just dropped my package on the ground outside of the locked entrance. I will be contacting help me hank on the TV channel to get some help with this because I do not deserve this I will never order from Perfume.com again, and I will also let my friends know.

Overall very pleased with my order. My only "wah wah wah" bit is that the shipping was delayed a few days but that's not something that can be controlled! The prices are reasonable, my order was packaged safely and neatly and the website is mobile friendly. Definitely will return to this site when I eventually run low on my partners favorite colognes again :)

Was pleased with your selections. A little disappointment that one of my selections was almost empty upon arrival, but these things happen. Will be able to do a better review after the problem is resolved.

Actually, I know what VAT is, It means value added tax. However, perfume.com thinks it's a license to charge Canadians extra. We don't have VAT. They explain it away by saying it covers the duty charged by. Canada Customs. There is NO DUTY on shipments under $100 Can. But perfume.com charges it anyway.

Does not matter which brand or which specific fragrance you are looking for, these guys have it! The array is really impressive for authentic perfumes, so they cater to a lot of different tastes and preferences, good to remember these guys when its buying gifts time. Aside from that, the website is really easy to browse and the pricing is absolutely not ridiculous too. This one went in my bookmark a long time ago and a reliable source for gifts and treating myself ever since. The orders are always well packaged and in great condition, so you don't have to worry about nothing.

Perfume.com had several possibilities that I knew I enjoyed. Ordered L'air du Temps, and was delighted with the speed of shipment, security of packaging, price and quality of product. Will happily return when it's time to buy another fragrance. Thanks!

My order was delivered swiftly in time for Christmas which I am really happy with. Also the site offered to make payments in increments which is incredibly helpful during this time of year. I will definitely purchase from here again.

The product was not quite what I was looking for, so I emailed requesting information to return it. I received a ticket number, but no one has reached out. I have emailed at least two other times and called the customer service line to only be on hold for over 10 minutes without being able to talk to a single person. I would like someone to contact me as soon as possible to give me instructions for return and to confirm I will get a full refund. The experience was great until I needed help, so you can be sure I will not even consider buying a different product through this website.

First let me say that the ordering process was very easy, and fast, and Shipping was VERY fast. Updates were given along the way too. As far as the product itself, I question If it's authentic or not. This is my old school go to scent. I've used it since it came out. Normally it's not to heavy and not too light, and lasts literally all day. When I opened This one it shot out like water, was very light scented, and literally did not even last an hour. It's sucks, because they could've had a customer for life as I've found it super hard to find this lotion lately.
