Perfume.com

The product was not quite what I was looking for, so I emailed requesting information to return it. I received a ticket number, but no one has reached out. I have emailed at least two other times and called the customer service line to only be on hold for over 10 minutes without being able to talk to a single person. I would like someone to contact me as soon as possible to give me instructions for return and to confirm I will get a full refund. The experience was great until I needed help, so you can be sure I will not even consider buying a different product through this website.

First let me say that the ordering process was very easy, and fast, and Shipping was VERY fast. Updates were given along the way too. As far as the product itself, I question If it's authentic or not. This is my old school go to scent. I've used it since it came out. Normally it's not to heavy and not too light, and lasts literally all day. When I opened This one it shot out like water, was very light scented, and literally did not even last an hour. It's sucks, because they could've had a customer for life as I've found it super hard to find this lotion lately.

I received what I ordered and I am very happy with my purchase and the price at which I bought it. Delivery was slow, since they used USPS. But product was perfect and undamaged so I'm not complaining too much about that. Perfume.com also sent me an email about contacting them in case there were any shipping issues or if the package didn't get there. I was pleasantly surprised at that.

Timely, in perfect condition, delivered by my wonderful post lady who always makes sure I'm home before she leaves it and the price was very good compared to Bealls which is the only place in town that sells it. All in all a win.

It's my favorite website to shop for perfume and cologne. Good prices authentic stuff the delivery service is awesome. Customer service is great. Sometimes they may not have the product but you can join a waiting list. They're awesome!

I received my order in 3 days and it was packed very well. However, I did not like the scent. I ordered a scent that I had worn for years and was so excited to find it here. The second I sprayed it on, I caught a whiff of the scent I had loved, but it was immediately gone and all that was left was a stinky alcohol smell. I could not stand it and had to wash it off! When looking up how to make a return, I found where it said you could return an "unopened package with its original seal". I thought I would be stuck with $95 worth of stink! When I emailed the company, someone responded within an hour and sent me a return label with instructions. So, even though I did not like my scent, I've read in the reviews where many people did. It's worth a try since they do back up their guarantee.

Package tracking told me insufficient address and was returning to sender. I had to call my local post office for them to put on hold for pickup. Once I received my package I noticed Perfume.com only printed my first name, house number and city. Not at all allowing possible delivery with that info. Caused a lot of fun around/phone calls on my end which was very frustrating.

First, I received my order promptly. After so many years, I finally had saved enough so I could purchase this perfume. But, what truly made it a memorable experience was after ordering it several times because I didn't think my order went through. When I realized it I just let them know and the problem was corrected? They refunded 1 payment and deleted the extra orders. This would have been a complete disaster financially for me and thank you for prompt response?

I was looking to refill our collection as we had run very low. The fragrances arrived in great packaging and did not smell old - as if they had been shelved for a long period of time. I ordered from another company for years, but the quality of the perfumes began to suffer and they offered no real customer satisfaction. Glad to have found PERFUME.COM!

Horrible experience. Placed an order for a perfume bottle, with accurate billing and shipping information.
Got an AVS match + Zip Match, and even approved the transaction with Chase Fraud.

Perfume emails me saying the order will remain on HOLD until i provide a "6-digit merchant authorization number"

Chase bank had no idea what this is and what I was asking for.

After 2 calls to Chase bank, and 2 calls to perfume.com, I ended up putting them on the phone together. Chase had NO IDEA what they were asking for.

None of the customer support people at Perfume.com were helpful, and just keep telling me and chase that we need to provide this code that doesnt seem to exist.

It's 2022, where have you ever heard of an online shopping experience like this?

Anyway, I'm now waiting for "Perfume.com Billing dept" to contact me. Who I am sure will ask me to obtain a 6-digit authorization code.

This is my first and last purchase with this company.

I had questions about it's authenticity, it's workability, shipment, etc. I was so greatly pleased with every aspect of this purchase. Currently received the parcel after 18 days and its not 100% authentic. I bought this perfume as a gift for my dad. Want to give him as a gift because its bring back my childhood memory. Using his perfume when I was still 9 years old. The smells still on my cloth even after washing it and my mom can smell her ex husband even she's not seeing his face. But the perfume that I receive is not 100% authentic because I just now, I spray on my cloth, it won't longer lasting and the smells is not same as what I use 21 years ago. Short word. I was so disappointed.

To be honest I was a little apprehensive when purchasing here based on a couple reviews. However, I'm so glad I bought anyway. I'm so excited with my purchase. These are the real deal and great prices. I couldn't be happier. Versace bright crystal is my favorite scent ( floral, clean, and long lasting)and I was able to get the largest bottle for what I normally pay for the small. It didn't come with the cap bc it was a tester but completely full. I didn't mind as I had the caps anyway from previous bottles. I highly recommend!

I placed an order with this company and was totally disappointed when it arrived size and everything about t was just terrible. One canister was even open and it looked like someone has" sampled" it. I contacted customer service, no easy task. It took four attempts to get a label to return the"junk" they sent me. I was promised a full refund. When I looked at my credit card statement this was not the case. They have now taken advantage of me twice and I am not happy. I will never use this awful company again

I received my order in 5 days to UK. The product is authentic and reasonably priced compared to the high street prices. The packaging was not the best as the perfume in it's original box was just put in another box. I think it should have been bubble wrapped for added security.
