Took longer to receive my order then if I had just purchased it at a department store! But the packaging was flawless! It was received in excellent shape, price was awesome, and I will be ordering again soon

I recently made a purchase at this store! 7pieces and only received 6.and the expensive one, that was a gift set, is the one I dint receive.the customer service who told me will contact me back after the disappointment never followed through. I just need to warn anyone, purchasing from this store, they cannot be trusted 100%

Ordered online - then paid with paypal - then the order was cancelled. Will not do business with this company going forward. Since i used paypal - my billing and shipping address are all the same - there should be no issue to cancelled my order.

My husband Loves this cologne but both times we have ordered it is had a leak in the shower gel and half of the contents leaked out we don't want to return because he does love this but please check your products to see if they have leaks in them

Loved my perfume from the monthly subscription serve, however selecting one was cumbersome. Seems like there were only about 40 choices, so I may have been doing something wrong. I did find one I really like. First shipment was missing the instructions / coupon card but contained a sheet a stickers.

I hate even giving one star but it doesn't leave you an option to go into negative stars. When I finally recieved my order almost two weeks late it was completely missing a bottle of cologne. I purchased two of them for my husband and only recieved one. It took almost four or five days after sending emails and tons of calls to finally get through to a person in customer service. They requested that I email them photos of the box I recieved along with it's contents and proceeded to tell me that they have to scan items three times before putting them in the box, okay

This online company is by far the worst to order anything from. I ordered from them 3 weeks ago and still have not received my order although it says it was delivered. I received other packages to my home that day but not my perfume. I emailed the company numerous times any nobody has gotten back to me also tried calling multiple times and no one answers the phone after holding for about 15 mins the phone automatically hangs up.

One of the items I ordered the Britney spears variety pack, came with the products half full because they were leaking. Not sure what can be done about this but when you pay for a product you want it to be in tact when it comes

It's been great experience finding items that are either hard to find in stores or it is too much trouble to shop in person.

To be an online purveyor, the service is great. I liked to be informed when my items were shipped and estimated delivery date and time. All with minimal effort.

Prices are good too. Nothing more than purchasing in stores with the added convenience of home delivery. What else could you ask?

I placed an order back in December and have yet to receive my colognes. I've tried calling customer service more times than I can count for a refund or a replacement and that doesn't exist. I've also emailed plenty of times and no response as of this day. Tracking has no update either.

Your site is easy to navigate and place an order. Your prices do not even come close to other sites. Your discounts are amazing. I will always order my Calvin Klein Eternity for women from your site. That you for being so outstanding in every way. Including customer service.

I had ordered a bottle of cologne months ago and it came quickly. I had just recently ordered two bottles and one showed up damaged and leaked out. So I thought I would have to call and be on hold and deal with someone that didn't speak English. I called and was on hold for about ten seconds and I talked with a wonderful lady named Riza. I sent her an e mail of the damaged bottle and she shipped me a replacement that very day. These people are great and I will purchase from them exclusively and no one else.

I haven't received anything yet but the site was easy to use and they have quiet a few really good perfumes some that brought back some high school memories. Update I received my perfumes and I'm happier than expected. I will definitely shop here again
