Received Jennifer Aniston perfume. Nice. Opened Clean Cotton rollerball and it was empty. Like it had never been filled. Printed return shipping label and sent it back. Please send me a new one, preferably filled with perfume.
Shipping is always fast but adding a sample fragrance might be helpful and even lead to more sales.
