Perfume.com has the fastest shipping EVER, I ordered my products and within 2 days it was at my doorstep. It might cost a couple dollars more than other discounted fragrance sites, but it's so worth it. I rather pay a little more and get my perfumes faster. They will always have my business.

Ordering was easy, delivery was fast, but the Design that I have used for years smells so different I don't know if I'll still be using it. It really doesn't smell anything like it used to. I used to get so many compliments on my perfume. We'll see after finishing this last order

Terrible service with UPS - left a note to come pick up at access point -
1. Label did not work to get it open
2. Phone number i gave you did not work
3 Had to get 800 in the Philippines to help me and they had problems
Would rather have had it send via the post office and they deliver such small packages at my doo

I ordered and made payment accordingly but got an auto reply mentioning payment was declined. But i got sms notifications frm my bank confirming the amount was deducted. Twice.!

Since the order was unsuccessful and supposedly unpaid, i dont have any references number or tracking order number to back up my claim. This is ridiculous.

Is this some kind of scam? Stay away from this website. Horrible experience.

Bought Gucci Woman perfume as it's discontinued now & cant buy it here in Scotland. Delivered in good time but perfume was different colour from original & totally different smell.
Contacted customer service and advised to return it at my own cost. £10 delivery and another £10 to return. Took it to postal service to be told perfume can't be sent through international mail.
So... I'm left with a £65 bottle of fake perfume and nobody gives a damn!

Why the delivery of my item taking too late. I ordered on 26 February and until now it's still in Singapore. It exceeds the actual delivery time. I never expect this from you. It's just from Singapore to Malaysia. Not a big deal.

I've never had any problem ordering. They have fantastic selections at great prices. The best part is, I don't have to deal with crowded department stores and can take my time right in the privacy of my home. The shipping time is very quick too and I unduly have my product within 3-4 days. I love this company.

Love the company. They have a membership where you pay a few dollars a month and choose what samples you would like. Great way to try out new cologne and perfume and get a sample size first without buying a big bottle and not liking it. Also they send money off coupons all the time to your email!

I always order from Perfume.com. Prices are good. Products are authentic. Delivery time is excellent! However, this time around for a very important Valentines Day gift for my Honey, the product I received was damaged and quite a bit of the juice was missing. I ordered a brand new bottle. It arrived sealed in cellophane. I was surprised and embarrassed in front of my Honey. I'm waiting to see how Perfume.com will fix this.

One of my favorite fragrances. Purchased 10/2021 First when I purchased the scent seem to linger. A week into wearing, fragrances the Cologne sentVersace I could no longer smell on me after wearing about 3 hours. Not sure what's going on but the scent is weak…local purchase scent stays all day…. What is wrong? This was my first order I was so excited! I had already made plans to purchase additional fragrances. Order arrived on time no issues there!

Super! Very happy with my purchase on this site. I ordered 2 perfumes from them. One Juicy Couture and second one Jimmy Choo. The perfume opens beautifully on the skin, has a train and lasts for a long time!

This was my first time using this company, I ordered some cologne for a birthday gift hoping that it would get here in time my order was from place to place still no cologne. So I had to just go buy something else in the place, now I'm currently waiting on my refund back, I know mistakes happens but I was very disappointed with the process.

I like it a lot/ You guys have a very nice option of perfumes. Your price is much cheaper but the service is much better. Delivery is faster, perfume options are wider without overpricing for more expensive scents.

I've used Bvlgari for a long time but this last bottle is lacking. The scent only last a couple of hours. What I've had before last all day and I can still smell it the next morning. What happened? No, I will not recommend to my friends nor will I order from this company again.

Great service, great delivery time, great product. Wish there would be more incentive regarding price of the product should this company want to continue to compete with retail stores. The incentive should be at least an eye catching discount. Overall I received exactly what I paid for in a wonderful timely manner!
