Everything went like it says on the tin but I was not expecting a cool glass case, I have many glasses and to have a difference case for each pair helps me find the ones I want.
Thank you, I'm very happy with the glasses. Regarding DPD delivery, I wish they could give the customers a time-slot of choice to arrange a delivery by sending the customers an advance Email. Perhaps you could mention this to the company.

I bought a pair of glasses from here as a cheap alternative to Specsavers. Loved the frames however they state that they automatically set the PD to 60mm, yet when my glasses arrived the PD was 71mm! They don't offer refunds so I've had to go get the lenses changed at Specsavers, costing me another £39! Might as well have just paid for the expensive glasses at Specsavers in the first place!
I have been searching for ages for some Affordable and stylish glasses. I found the the range of glasses avalible on Perfect glasses UK was great. They were also fantastic prices but this didn't take away from the quality. They are of a great quality. The delivery was quick and easy and I'm really please with my new sun glasses
First I thought hhhmmm rimless specs for under £40 must be a catch... but no, I did opt for free lenses but a lovely customer services guy rang and advised the thin ones are more suitable but my choice. I agreed and so pleased I listend my glasses are perfect! They arrived in a little over a week even happier!

I bought a pair of glasses from Perfect Glasses (PG*******), which came with a defect: one lenses just came out without any effort at all. Basically, the lens were very tight fixed to the frame. Now Perfect Glasses is adamant in charging me half of the original cost of the glasses in order to fix the problem.
Perfect Glasses customer service is horrible, Perfect Glasses basically ignores your messages, and Perfect Glasses replies are usually boarding arrogance.
Perfect Glasses sell cheap, but get their profits by shipping defective products, and then charging customer for the repairs. Avoid this company - I wish I had read some of the reviews of past customers.

I ordered the glasses for the second time from perfectglasses and I'm very happy with them. Un-beatable prices and prompt delivery as I guess that is because my power is not too high. The regular text and email is very assuring about the entire process
The quality was the same as I have had previously from Specsavers and Tesco but at a far lower price.
As I did not request thinner lenses at the time of ordering (I had paid extra on my only other glasses previously bought from PerfectGlasses), I did get a follow up call from them offering thinner lenses for a cheaper price than what was on their website. I refused as I was curious to what the the standard thickness looked like. When the glasses came, they looked slightly thinner than my previous glasses although I paid extra in the past!
I have found my experience of Perfect Glassed a really positive one. They have called to acknowledge my order each time one has been made and my glasses have always arrived days earlier than the date specified. The quality of the glasses and lenses has been high too.
I ordered a pair of glasses from this website which when they arrived were no good - despite paying extra for varifocal and extra thin lenses I couldn't focus or see at all but no problem I thought as the company offers a "no quibble" "90 unconditional" refund service. So I emailed them explaining the problem and sent the glasses back. After 6 weeks of chasing I finally got a reply to say that the glasses had been checked at the laboratory and as they were made to the prescription I had supplied I wasn't entitled to a refund and they were going to send the (useless) glasses back to me!
I emailed back quoting their "no quibble" refund policy etc and they said this only applied to single lenses not varifocal so again no refund.
I have since paid a lot of money for glasses from another optician using the same prescription and they are perfectly fine.
So I guess the bottom line is if you have more than just a standard prescription do not use this website.
I have just replaced my driving, reading and sun glasses through Perfect Glasses and found the service, quality, speed of delivery and value for money outstanding. The one pair (of the three) I did not like when they arrived were replaced immediately without question so I have no hesitation in recommending Perfect Glasses.
Glasses FINALLY arrived from Germany. Was somewhat concerned they were coming from abroad, having been misled into thinking they were being manufactured in the UK. However, box they've come in is completely USELESS for the type of glasses I've ordered. Really regretting having used this company. Have zero confidence in getting this sorted in a timely manner.
UPDATE: The company has agreed to give me a £15 refund to cover the cost of my purchasing a case separately.
One of the dimensions for one of the 4 pairs we bought was significantly different on the frame than stated on the website. It worked out fine anyway when I tried them on. My wife prefers the pair that were her second choice and so did I, So I recommend buying two pairs, since the price is good, that way one is your favorite and one is a back up pair. The free coating is good. All 4 pairs were correct vission, good to see out of.
I am pleased to have recieved my new varifocal glasses from them. Despite all the negative reviews that I read on the Internet, I can say that I have received excellent service from them. The glasses were packed very carefully and arrived in prime condition and I am very happy with the result. I have already recommended them to my friends and family.
Delighted with my glasses, even after I was emailed and had to pay an extrs £9.95 because of my prescription. My usual optitian charges £79.50 to adjust my lenses because of my prescription. Will definately buy from here again
