This company claimed ultimately that my order was lost in dispatch after weeks of trying to get sense out of them. A nightmare scenario. My advice is to avoid them completely.
They eventually refunded my money, though I had to mention my willingness to take legal action to get my money back.

I am completely satisfied with my glasses from perfectglases. I had planned to order my glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses, you had a deal on buy one and get one free, so I bought glasses for my husband as well. They are wonderful and everyone loves them! We are very happy and the pricing is phenomenal! I tell everyone I talk to about your site. You prove that the big name companies are taking advantage of us. I will never get glasses anywhere else.
Pleased with my purchase. Had to wait a few weeks for them to arrive but this didn't effect me much - wouldn't purchase if you need within the week. Frames and lenses are of decent quality but they clearly reflect the price (they're not as sturdy as the frames I typically bought for double the price.) I bought a pair of glasses for £34 and I still use them 9 months later. Very good alternative to the expensive frames at Boots and Specsavers.
I ordered reading glasses and when they arrived I found that the prescription was incorrect. I contacted Perfect Glasses and they offered to replace the lenses, however I wanted a refund in accordance with their 100% no-quibble guarantee. I returned them in December 2017 and my refund hasn't been processed, three weeks later. I've lost the glasses and my payment.
In spite of an error on my part, perfectglasses was very good about taking the product back and issuing me a credit for a new pair of glasses. I am completely happy with the product as I was with my last pair of glasses purchased over a year ago. Similarly, my wife has purchased 2 pairs and is 100% satisfied.
I am well pleased with the service and products that perfectglasses provides. I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family. The recent problem with an apparently defective ear piece was handled above my expectations. Thank you.
I had ordered for a pair of glasses last year and the glasses I received were damaged in transit, they promptly replaced the same so this time around I placed another order for a pair of Gucci last weekend and was very impressed with the quality of glasses. The regular text update was just perfect example of a value add service. I will buy again from them give the quality of goods and the price I paid.
I will return to your online site when needing new glasses in the future. I hope the frames and lenses will be as robust as I have found them so far. I've had two pairs of glasses from PerfectGlasses. I use them for playing tennis where I don't need varifocal lenses. The glasses I ordered arrived promptly, the prescriptions were accurate and they fitted well. I have no problems at all with them.
I found my first experience of ordering glasses online simple and swift. Easy to follow on the website, pay the price then sit back and wait - easy. I will use Perfect Glasses again and much prefer the online interaction to the matter-if-fact experience I had at Specsavers. Don't be put off by using the web. I doubt this is a genuine company I ordered my glasses well over a month ago and nobody can tell me where they are and when I will receive them. Only that someone will call back but they never do! Do not use!

I am simply amazed at the quality and care experienced by an online glasses provider! The frames I chose looked great, but my prescription was too high for the frame. The tech sent me other options to choose from, based on what I tried to purchase and they were spot on! These folks care and did a FANTASTIC job for me and my eyes are not easy to correct. The website was so easy to use and I loved the layout. The feature of trying on the glasses virtually is amazing. You basically take a photo of yourself and you can upload it to see what the glasses looked like. At the moment these frames are currently £86.00 in the sale which is a bargain, for designer frames this is so reasonable. There is a huge variety of prices on the site, some frames start from £9. They also have a lovely range of prescription sunglasses. They really do suit all budgets too. The service was great, the glasses we chose were out of stock but I was told this when ordered and that they would take a little longer. This fine and as we had been notified of this it was not a problem. All in all very happy with the frames.
This company may seem cheap but for reasons and these are: poor quality, poor workmanship and most of all disgraceful customer service. I have experienced a 2 month battle with them on reglazed varifocals at £159. The company will not refund so having to spend again with another retailer, therefore costing lot more.
Ordered the frames and the cash was debited from my account instantly.
I received the prescription lensed frames two weeks later, not 4 days as advertised.
The frames had been shipped from India, having taken a quick look perhaps whoever cut the lenses needs an eye test themselves. The quality is appalling although the frames are lovely yet the prescription just doesn't seem quite right.? I have returned them to a Central London address. Give this lot a wide, wide berth and try Costco. To where I shall be returning.

I was hesitant to purchase progressives online, but they are perfect. My only complaint is that once I narrowed my search by the ear-piece length, my choices were very very limited. My head is not particularly small, believe me, but I found that most glasses had very long ear-pieces. But the glasses that I did receive are fabulous! I definitely recommend Perfectglasses
I received this message after paying for my glasses as advertised online.
"We have received an update from our laboratory, and due to the prescription being slightly complex in nature, the lenses for your new pair of glasses would cost an additional of £9.85 each pair..."
The same prescription was processed in the normal way by SelectSpecs with no request for an extra payment.
I don't like being taken for a fool.

Latest update: After 7days of non communication waiting for a refund and upgrading my claim to Paypal - hey presto! Perfectglasses contacted me saying my email had "got stuck in their spam filter" and finally offered me my glasses at no extra cost.
I refused because I had already gone to a different supplier (DirectSpecs) but have now been told it will take 7 WORKING DAYS to process my refund.
It really does not get any worse than this for a so-called online supplier.
Disgusted.
My sunglasses came in less than a week after I ordered them. The shape is a little more rectangular than I imagined, but they fit well and the prescription seems fine. They seem sturdy and don't slip off my face. Altogether prescription sunglasses cost me about £35 as they had some coupons on the front page. I had looked at sunglasses at two other sites, and decided to pick this site because the glasses style was more classic and less trendy. I thought Idee was a designer but looking it up it seems it's house brand (haha!) although the quality is really close enough to designer, and much cheaper, so it's not a bad bet. I would probably buy from them again.
