PepBoys

I have attempted twice to order a floor jack on the Pep Boys web site for local delivery to a store for payment and pick up. Each time the online service verifies the pick up order but after 6 weeks I still have not received any notification that either order for the items has arrived for pick up. I understand the delays due to Covid19 but this seems a bit excessive. I wonder if because I am selecting the pay in store option upon pick up if the system is downgrading my order for delayed or late fulfillment. It matters because the price online is $45 cheaper when ordered online as a special. If I cannot actually get one at this price on line then its pointless to advertise it on line and very misleading. Disappointed.

Today is July 2 and I called the Pep Boys in Conyers Ga off Salem road to fix my tire which had a nail in it. I arrived and was greeted by all the workers in the store. The manager, I'm assuming was the manager was on a call but he mouthed to me that he would be with me shortly. Once he was done with his call he turned his attention over to me and got my truck right in. I waited less than a hour and when my truck was finished I was told NO CHARGE for patching my tire. The customer service was already at its highest but the kindness of the no charge made it even better. I've used this store several times and have always had a great experience but the crew today was amazing. Wish I had gotten names but it was the Pep Boys in Conyers Ga on Salem road and this took place at 1100 on July 2. Just want the credit to go to the ones who deserves it… THANK YOU!

I was not a fan of pep boys but I will not go anywhere else as long as Adam is there. I have 4 vehicles and Adam always gives me a choice on tires, service etc. He treats you the same whether you are spending 50 dollars or 500 dollars. He knows customers want a choice and options. He is very knowledgeable and I base all my decisions on his recommendations. Please tell him him what a great job he is doing. Its a pleasure to go to Pep boys in Berlin Ct. Went in early morning to get my tired repaired, Miguel Cartagena, help me get my car in and out fast. Answered my questions and gave me prices for things I need done in the future. Tire was repair and balanced. Took the time to check the other tires air and added air as needed. So grateful for also checking breaks. Thank you, and your team with this one car I need to be safe on the road.

Andy at Woodland Hills Pep Boys was SO great and even helped me by installing my windshield wipers. I'm a mom with a handicapped child and I had no idea how to install them. Rain expected here in California tomorrow. Sweet about it to and just genuinely nice. Since Covid, it's super awesome to see human kindness return!

While shopping yesterday, I was by the Pep boys in Surprise and asked if they could check my battery, which had started "acting up", while I was at the store next door. Fortunately, they agreed. I was told it needed replacement (it was 8 years old) and was able to get an appointment this morning. The service associate, Anthony T, went right to work and was done within 30 minutes, replacing my cabin air filter as well. Not only was he exceedingly friendly and efficient, but he willingly provided several discounts! I heartily recommend this establishment.

I took a car to pep Boys and was greeted by ASHLEY R and was very impressed by her attitude and knowledge of a car.
After I received an estimate, I went to store next day and talked to MILTON D, he explained what needed to be done and I told him to do only what is immediately needed, he worked with me and gave a renewed estimate and car was repaired to my fullest satisfaction.

Just wanted to put out a great job to pep boys store 118 in Lakeland Florida…. They went over and beyond there jobs. My husband first went in with a flat tire by the weekend we had four brand new tires and we feel worry free. Do Not put up with big companies blowing smoke up your tail pipes. PepBoys, Smyrna, GA, is a relatively new location, (originally a Just Brakes site) but it has quickly become my favorite go to auto shop in the city. Apart from the all around great customer service from store manager to the mechanics and experts who actually worked on my cars, I have found them to be super helpful, honest, polite and dependable. Not only did they honor my 7-year old Just Brakes contract with a flawless brake job, the Boys also helpful me out ever so kindly and pleasantly with some extra little interior repairs on my car for no extra charge! It is great to have this dependable and fair minded store in my neighborhood!

Went to the Pep Boys in Chandler, AZ on Arizona Ave. Even though it was getting close to closing, Ernie provided me with quick turnaround service on my Audi and got me back on the road in no time. Really appreciate people stepping up nowadays. I'll be going back next time I need service. Thanks Karl J.

So I purchased road hazard as part of a $2,000 service a while back so I needed to use the road hazard for a flat tire I waited 4 hours and still not even close to pull in my vehicle in and starting I've seen workers with less tools do the same repair in 10 minutes. Sorry guys but I will be doing my repairs elsewhere from now on this is how the good companies go down

Well Pep Boys here you go! First- you charge $145 an hour in labor, ridiculous! I'm in Staten island and other mechanics charge $95 an hour. You're going to lose a lot of business because people here are looking elsewhere. You've lost a lot of clients already on Bloomingdale Rd. Next to Dunkin donuts. You should really do something about your rates because Pepboys isn't all it's cracked up to be! I had to give a rating of one. To bad there wasn't a zero option... That would have been my choice as many others.
