I was led to believe from the ad that the service was free. After going through a lot of questions, I was presented with the different packages and the price.
I paid the $1.00 to use the service for 5 days.
Not much info given, and much of what was given was wrong.
Now I'm trying to figure out how to ensure I will not be charged after the 5 days is up.

I seen some of my criminal records, but i am almost sure it's not all of my records that i wanted and or to see and to know. I needed to contact some people in different places to get everything straighten out.

All I've done up till now is pay you. Hopefully I can enter a person's name without being intrrrpted with another pop up asking if I've been satisfied with providing my opinion about how I felt about how my experience has been this far.

Experience was only OK. Didn't realize I needed to opt for the advanced report. Not much is shown on the normal report. Used my own name to conduct the search. Based on the amount of information provided, I decided it wasn't worth the money.

It said my first card had insufficient funds to cover this purchase but I know for a fact it has 10x enough to pay for this so I'm a bit upset at that. You say you have all info but got that wrong. Lol

I can find Ryan Miller and his address but can not find Sally Miller. Sally Miller is his mother that he lives with and takes care of. She recently died but I see no way to find out when she died or any info about her. Why is that info not here?

I am very disappointed with this. I paid $28 to view nothing. The site stated that you found criminal records on my search. The report said that there were no criminal records on my son. I also already knew all the information that was in your report. I am hoping that you will refund me back the money. Your report doesn't even have his most recent address. I spent $28 on this report and found nothing that I didn't know. I am hoping that you will refund me the $28 that I spent?

I was under the impression that I would had complete background check for everything you check for when I paid the $27.99 and all it showed was the same info I could get off google
For free so then you want me to upgrade to see the rest off the background check for an additional 19.99 when I thought that's what I was getting when I paid the $27.99

This report is BS. All I got is birthdate which I already knew. No marriage or divorce record, not all relatives. No criminal records which I already knew. What a total waste of money. Whitepages is ******* times better.

They're trying to get $27 a month on the one time purchase of $27 in addition I paid for fallen for mation on myself and got nothing don't waste your money or your time I don't know how difficult it's going to be to put a stop to these payments feathering going to do it immediately

This is completely useless. I did a search on myself. I have been married 3 times. This has no marital records. There are 3 addresses. I lived at 2 and there are 2 addresses I lived at the longest 20 years and 10 years which are not included. It says I have no professional licenses. I have had 2 for over 10 years.
None of the social networks are mine.

So far all I've done is typed in my name and give you all my information along with the payment and credit card information so that you can let me actually see it otherwise I really haven't had a chance to use it so much so maybe the rating will go up later afterwards but for the moment considering I really haven't used it haven't given me time to yeah choose all you get too much pressure

Quick and easy, but the information you have on me is a lie and I am going to talk to an attorney. You need to change the information because it's a lie and I know that for a fact because I was there.

Very little REAL information is provided! Your advertising claims you have a huge amount of information. All that is really provided is a few addresses and dates of name changes - most of the dates on the person I searched for are not correct. There is no information about marriages or divorces, with a lame, invalid reasoning that the information is restricted! I know in this case it is NOT TRUE as i was married to the person I am researching and I know for sure at least that marriage and divorce are public information! I want better results!

I purchased a scan just for the work history of my deceased father. The scan just gave me everything basic I already know. Birthday, home address…. I only paid for the scan because it said it would give me his work history. Nope.

Deceptive, lists all the background checks you will get with a subscription. After you pay for the subscription, you are only given minimal information and if you want all the background checks you have to pay more money. Rip off, bait and switch.
