Good information in the reports but deceptive on how much is given with a regular report and then the price for a premium report is more than I personally think it is worth. Especially with being deceptive with the amount of info given at first for a regular report.
I spent $27.99 PLUS +19.95 to get the PREMIUM background as well as the standard information. It did not report accurate information for Bradley James Johnson, nor myself Claudia Crum. I would like a refund of $47.94 to refund both the plus and the premium report options.

This place promise all kinds of reports then when you go to check they have inaccurate information and want to change you more to find out everything they say you can find out. Then when you want a refund they only give you 75 percent. This place SUCKS
It was easy. However, once I looked at the report I realized that it could not get information that it should have found. It could not find my marriage/divorce. I checked and neither I nor my ex blocked this information. That is just an example to missing information.

When you pay for the report that they have shown you everything that was checked and then you only get a report with very little info unless you pay for more. Not cool. Just charge whatever for the whole report in the beginning.

I know that the person I was searching has been arrested for prostitutuion numerous times, yet those did not show on the arrest record. Most arrest records gave no reason for the arrest and no date of arrest. I cancelled membership immediately and have requested a refund, but doubt I will receive one. DON'T USE
