Your basic reports are laughable. I can find more information than that using free search engines from various sources. AND your "upgrade" charges are way too expensive for the very basic service you provide. This customer will not be repeating any business with you.

This has went pretty well so far. Just waiting to see if the rest is as good. Next I got only address and date of birth. I didn't get a full report on my request. Glad I didn't spend any more money on it.

Misleading you charge one price that basically does nothing then you want additional price to continue and reports are not correct I used 3 sites yours said. No criminal background there was 6 listed on this check your just taking money and leading people to think they did due diligence I want a refund

Use my first report for someone I knew well. It did not show their three marriages and three divorces, the business that they owned, Or bankruptcy they had completed 10 years ago. I would not recommend this site to search people you don't know.

I searched myself to test how accuracy. Absolutely ridiculous. Almost nothing correct. Even old phone numbers that have the last 7 digits correct have incorrect area code. Pitiful- did not come remotely close to delivering what was promised.

Does not have complete or accurate info. Done of the pop up notifications were misleading. It inferred i had a criminal record encouraging me to pay for a subscription. It was completely false. Not impressed at all

This is a joke, it gives addresses from 3 years ago thats old and done moved twice since then. Only tells what u can already find yourself for free on the web... Dont waste your time or money people... Its a Waste of money, nothing but a joke...

Disappointed. Just wondering how someone who died in 2005 was last seen at the Main Street address in Pine City this past July 2022. I also expected to see his 3 divorce records for which I paid extra. I also would have liked to have found where he is buried. Truth Finder was more accurate and informative.

One hour into your company's service: 1) name & address page correct, 2) Next, That I died at age 58,3) That I never married. Was married for 40+ years, My husband was listed under relatives--states correct date of death-but list age as 82, which he would be if still living. 4) First of home address listed starting before we bought the property and did not include the one we lived in for over 25 years. How can I believe any information I need to gather on others if I can see mistakes on my own file? Yes, I am upset!

I like the thoroughness of your findings; you often do better than some of the other search engines. It's sometimes difficult to determine which is the most recent and active address among those listed for an individual.

Amazingly fast data-gathering, but report covered only quite recent years. Absolutely incorrect marriage information given—totally different info than "this" Joan Murray Webster where much of your info was applicable. Also, knowing I have no criminal records, I was "taunted" at the onset to sign up for your 1-month rate. The opening info on your site indicated that "for my name," in RED, I had criminal records. I don't see how it is worthwhile to go any farther, with other inquiries, when I see incorrect info given in my own basic "report."

So far, I'm getting accurate information about myself and a few "so called" relatives who are NOT related so we need to get those errors cleared up quickly. Otherwise, we will have inaccurate information attached to my personal "profile". The searches went pretty well, seemed to be very thorough & detailed. I'm holding back my final review until I have read the complete report. I may have someone close to me check the report to see if they disagree with it or noticed some info missing. We will get it all straightened out & return to give you our final review of your service & resulting report. Until then...

It is not allowing me to see the more important info like supposedly "criminal" records. I am better with FBI fingerprinting for my job...
I have never been to Kentucky nor reside there. I don't know any of those partners or associated on the list. I need to see my " criminal records", Seemed not only these neighbors or whoever has been stealing my personal documents have already stolen my identity and as I saw in another website, made a house loan in my name in Kentucky...
Also, I enrolled in your website and paid $27+ 19 so I should be able to full detailed report but I can't go beyond voting. I have never voted as I am not yet a US citizen; permanent residents can't vote. I have to check on this. DMV personnel required me to fill up voting form when I changed my driver's license upon moving to Dallas to teach there.

About 50% was or could be correct. Your site suggested the women I'm with got married twice within 3 months during the time we first started dating. We were inseparable at that time and it is impossible for to have gotten married twice in those days. Why would I trust your information

There is a lot of missing information about people. I checked my own name and I've been married 4 times, but it showed no marriage or divorce records for me. This site is sub-par by other search sites. Get on the ball! I paid over $50 in order to get the records before I could see the reports. I'm a fool for falling for your crap.
