Seems like i am getting just about all the information that was listed on the main page did not reveal anything really and i belive there is more that is missing and searched myself and it was incorrect

Your info is incorrect almost completely. The info u do have thats correct is so out of date it's kinda humorous. And the infor u have for me that is even kinda rite is so outdated, how the hell you got more accurate bio on me before the digital wave came thru. I play mobile games and answer surveys for a living and have for about 3 years. I don't hide or live sneakily. I think u should tighten you ship up and check your sources seriously. If I had paid for this info for a real reason I'd be coming to check y'all out on a serious tip to get my money back. I'm in middle of custody battle and I get a email saying someone ran a background check on me so I subscribed to site ran a report on myself because I never have before and it can't find me but it has my address under my dads name and that's it but they want you to pay again for a "upgraded report"after you have already paid for nothing

As I stated in my email that was sent immediately following receipt of my report none of the information was current or correct. You stated there were criminal records found which there were not. You also stated that there were social media accounts found which there were not, among other things. I asked for my membership to be canceled and a refund to be processed immediately in an email I sent immediately following receipt of the report.

I feel misled as it said complete reports for the dollar trial and then you just get to basic bullcrap that is incorrect information for the most part and then another slap in the face to go to try to find out what you actually want to know and you want ridiculous money for it... crazy

I don't appreciate how it lied to me and information that I know certain of was not even in there. I didn't even have updated information on addresses or phone numbers and that even has the person‘s name on it so don't know why and then it gives this boost if you want more information and it doesn't even provide any more information. I just feel like I was lied to and that was the whole reason why I purchased it in the first place because it lead me into believing that there was a criminal activity or charge and there wasn't even any criminal nothing.

Got a msg that you had improved your reports. I got no more info than I did before. In fact there is a lot of wrong information. There's a large amt of info that requires more money than what you have been taking from me already. This site is a scam and I want to close my acct immediately.

I received numerous emails about updates & nes info found & new multiple social profiles found on my search subject. Each time the report was ran NO NEW info & NO Socials Profiles Founa at all. Also old info only was reported even after I reported updated info to you. Won't recommend this service. Thumbs down NO stars given

Not very detailed for the money, asking for another upcharge for more details, may cancel. The information received was very general and easily obtained elsewhere for free. In order to get more details, you requested an upcharge. I consider this very deceptive and false advertising.

I signed up for 14.95 then all of a sudden you come back that more info would come for 19.95 i said ok why'did you charge 19.95 plus 68.86 I did not authorizethat charge expect a credit back to my act thank you in advance

Doesn't give you everything that it says when and after it down loads everything on the person your looking up. They don't tell you the truth or tell you only what you'll get when you pay for it then if you want the rest on the person you'll have to pay more. Not right if I would have known that I would have not paid almost $30 it's all bull$#*! they lie on making you think you'll get everything on that person and you don't. But they give you a bunch of other people that have the same name that you weren't even wanting or ask for bull $#*!

In my opinion, it is too expensive to for the info that I received and then forced to write a review after only one search when I had to pay for a full month of service that I can't get, until I write a review. I don't even know if the monthly service will work or if I will get the service as promised

Found I was only showing as married to men I don't know. The answers on like the criminal charges were definitely not me. I would there would have been a more defined way for the results to come out only for the person with the correct DOB & SS#.
