Meanwhile, I'm sitting there in 15 minutes later waiting for it to go through all its millions of searches that I didn't ask for knowing I got bamboozled, but still hoping that maybe that unclaimed money will show up by some godly act! Well shockingly, God did not get involved, and not only did the unclaimed money not show up, but it tried to demand that if I wanted to even know about the unclaimed money, I had to pay a dollar! Just a dollar! I tried to leave and back out, saying oh hell no I would never give you my dollar now no matter what edits tries again to pop up with it's just a dollar! I resent you, wasting my time and lying to me it's completely not giving me what I asked for and what you promised me you would with only my first and last name. Literally taking 15 min to search through all these different bull$#*! categories. No I've heard of your search companies before and I didn't want that. I want you to know that my unclaimed money and you pretend like you were at one of those companies and you damn well you were. Go eff yourselves.
After looking up the person you are searching for it takes about 30 minutes just to load and then after it is done loading it makes you pay for a subscription.WASTE.OF.TIME.AND.MONEY.

This is just another scam that makes you think you will discover information that you need. So do not give them the satisfaction of buying into their lie., it is SI upsetting to feel somewill st last help you, and then to discover it is just another one of "those" places. Sad to say.
I didlike that it didnt show what i was paying it with but still see the charges on my credit report. I even try to reset to default, thinking it will not charge me anymore. But need to call in or to email just to cancel. Wasted my money. Suggest not to do the trial. Or have one person do it and then a bunch of people use it to make worth the money.

If you sign up for the trial offer, the website wont work, and when I called four days in a row and never got to speak to someone, I tried their online support and got nothing but a $27 charge on my card for a service I couldnt even use!
To cancel the subscription you need to call the phone number! There is no way to cancel any other way. So you are at the mercy of the company since they can just tell you they will cancel it tommorow or in a few business days. Which could be terrible because it can make you accidentally pay again for the subscription which is 22$ a month before tax!

Today I received a notification from my financial institution stating I was billed $23.02 for a purchase from this website that I did not authorize. I sebt an email explaining tge situation and stating that the charge was not authorized and requested that any information or account in my name needed to be cancelled immediately.
This company responded to my email and granted my refund to my card in less then an hour! I was extremly surprised at how quick and professionally this inquiry of mine was handled. No notifications of monthly charges may leave you paying for something you don't use. I ended up paying $274.20 for what should have been a one or two month service.
I never even got access after my credit card was charged. I couldn't create an account and the one time verification link did not work either. What a total scam!

Complete fraud... did not even come close to trying to find the individuals I entered. I even entered myself and i didn't even come up in their search! TOTAL FRAUD!
Don't use this service. I ordered a court report from them when I knew at least one of the offences was for a misdemeanour. I ordered at 5.00pm and by 8.00am the following morning was told no details. Court was in same time zone so not even open!
When I phoned to complain had a myriad of excuses including that Court Reporter was probably at court and could get record search done immediately.NO COURT IS OPENED AT THIS TIME. PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT SERVICE I HAVE USED THEIR COMPETITORS WITHNGREAT RESULTS. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

A Court Runner request to county criminal court will return felony and misdemeanor convictions dated within the past seven years. This will not return arrest records. Please note that our Court Runner service does not return any kind of civil cases. The searches are only run at criminal court.
While we do send our researchers directly to the county courts if necessary, some counties like Riverside allow our researchers 24/7 electronic access to their court files, which can result in the quick turnaround time that you saw.
The researcher will only return cases filed under this person's full name and date of birth, filed in the county or counties you selected. If you didn't receive a result, it's typically because there was not a criminal conviction, the conviction was in a different county, or the conviction was under a different name.
