Today I received a notification from my financial institution stating I was billed $23.02 for a purchase from this website that I did not authorize. I sebt an email explaining tge situation and stating that the charge was not authorized and requested that any information or account in my name needed to be cancelled immediately.
This company responded to my email and granted my refund to my card in less then an hour! I was extremly surprised at how quick and professionally this inquiry of mine was handled. By far the best customer service I have ever had in regards to a fraud charged that was made to my account. Thank you for your quick and immediate response and services!
