Very well laid out site. Great filters. Great customer service. Your packaging process needs work. The tight shrink wrap causes damage to the screen. One phone was damaged in transit. We called your customer service line and we were offered a replacement.
I ordered and received 2 Panasonic KX-TS4200 black sets. One set was perfect, the other was packaged identically but upon taking off the bubble wrap I found it had never been cleaned and still had stickers and scotch tape on the set. IE- it was not refurbished, just shipped as-is...
I removed the stickers and tape but the customer saw it. They were kind enough to say it looked okay. I was not pleased and offered them a replacement, but they said never mind.
Functionally the 2 sets programmed and operated correctly.
My previous experience with products from PC Liquidations has always been great so this was a surprise and an exception.

Easy peasy ordering process...monitor was well packed & works perfectly AFTER WE figured out how to program for a network... Your people didn't know it needed to be programmed this way. I asked ZACH & he tried to help to no avail. We got out our manuals & learned to program the FUNCTION keys and how & VOILA! Zach did all he could to help out & was very professional. I recommend! Monitor in great condition.
