Had a issue with one of the phones that I ordered but they took care of the problem in a timely manner.
Shipping was poor to fair. This was not the first shipment by this carrier. Had to get headquarters involved. Was resolved within 48 hours. PCliquidations performed their job without error! Looking forward to my next purchase.

The ordering process was great today. I tried to order the same thing last week and the website said it was unable to deliver to my location (TN).
I purchased my phone on Saturday and paid $18.99 for blue label UPS shipping. It wasn't shipped until that next Tuesday, so we didn't receive it until Thursday. I also didn't realize it was a refurbished item. I was under the impression that is was a close out item. I have purchased refurbished office equipment before and have been happy with my choices. This phone, however, looks worse than the one we're replacing. I'm very displeased with the condition of this item. I will not use PC Liquidators again - Very Unhappy!
