I have been with Payoneer for over four months and I have always received super services each time I call, even at midnight. I find the online navigation user-friendly. The customer reps are pleasant, prompt to answer the phone, polite and knowledgeable. I am able to withdraw funds from any ATM and use Payoneer card everywhere for any transactions. Thank you, Payoneer for making transactions easier for me.

I had an issue with my balance and called them. They got me linked with an agent within 30 seconds of placing the call and resolved all issues within a minute. They also provided information I needed on ordering a new card and helped me understand the various options I have.

Everything was very clear. The clerk was of great help although my phone went out of batteries in the end. All good. I would not hesitate to call any time.

As always I receive very courteous and prompt service. My concerns were taken care of super fast. I would recommend this service to anyone.

I am new here and very happy to get their services with strong Customer services. In Bangladesh PayPal is not supported and we faced too many problems for getting money from the Freelance market place. So Payoneer is the best. God bless all of you.

High yearly fees for $ accounts. Not too flexible for the customers. Very few options managing your founds.
