Recieved good customer service so far. A little hard in the beginning since you can{t really make trasnfers until you reach a certain threshold and for some reason you cannot transfer to certain types of accounts. But overall the card works everywhere and have been using it without a problem.
I called in order to put my pin in my card and the two times i did it, i was attended pretty good in a kind manner.
Not yet done any transaction with this account, so there is nothing i can add about the service. II was opening the wrong account service, when i found out i was setting up the wrong account, i call in and ask for it to be cancel, so could set up the right account.

I've been with Payoneer for over 4 years now. If it wasn't for them, it would be very difficult for me to receive payments from Upwork. You have an option to order a Master Card from them that is linked to your Payoneer balance. Any ATM works for withdrawing money from your card/account. Excellent phone, email and chat support. IT, Security and other departments are also doing a great job. It's very noticeable.
