I am writing this complaint with extreme frustration and concern. I have been a loyal user of Payoneer for years, using the platform to receive my earnings from Merch by Amazon (Amazon US). Suddenly, without any prior warning or clear justification, Payoneer closed my account and froze all my funds — a total of $27,000 — until September 25,2025. This is not only unacceptable, but life-destroying. These funds are my entire life savings. I was not given any real explanation, nor was I accused of violating any specific rule. Other users I know were able to withdraw their remaining balances immediately after account closure. Why am I being treated differently? I suspect Payoneer is abusing its power and possibly influenced by external pressure (like Amazon). I've already filed complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and I am prepared to take legal action and escalate internationally. I demand immediate access to my frozen funds. Payoneer should be investigated for unfair and potentially illegal practices. This is theft disguised as policy. If you're reading this, beware. If they can do this to me, they can do it to anyone.

Too slow, too hard, no chat line, too hard to talk to customer service. Response rate too slow. Should be 2 hrs not 2 days!
Constant problems with mobile app crashing on profile settings. Difficult to get a human being FAQ falls far short of answering many problems.
The humans however are polite and effecient.
AI sounds like a good option but it falls way short, its just not very intelligent unfortunately.

A refund from our Payoneer SGD balance has been stuck for over 3 months, with no resolution. Despite daily follow-ups, all we've received are vague, repetitive responses — with no clear explanation of what happened, how it will be resolved, or when. If you rely on receiving payments from clients in a timely and transparent manner, I cannot recommend using Payoneer.
