Poor chat service

Spoke to Josh reference number: ************** he behaved like a scammer and did not resolve my issue instead he told me garbage. I do not think he represented the company well and needs to be retrained as he is clueless and is misinforming customers. I have been using Payoneer service over 4years and this is the worst experience I have received

It was a good experience speaking with the agent that answered my call. Trying to get information from the automated system payoneer has will give you a mental breakdown. Just call them. The service is much easier by calling.

Definition of professionalism

I've been with Payoneer for several years have had both personal and business accounts. Witnessed how they evolved and still evolving into a great business who cares about their customers. I also found their new features of adding several bank accounts and multi-prepaid card options for big businesses. They know the market trends and work as an altruistic firm.
