I'm an Australia-based service provider in the tertiary education sector, now branching out into international book sales through Amazon. Selling on multiple marketplaces means I need multiple overseas bank accounts that can receive payments in the non-Aussie currencies Amazon pays in (USD, GBP, EUR, JPY).

The difference is that after a week of wrangling, their competitor told me there was nothing more they could do, and I should just go away and follow the same AI-generated instructions that had caused the problem in the first place. In contrast, PAYONEER jumped straight into action, asked me for specific relevant information about the problem then actioned an exact solution in 24 hours.

All along i had received a good banking experience with Payoneer only until the closed my account without a solid reason this was after I had submitted all the required information. To date I don't know why my account was closed and I haven't been able to receive my salary since the account has been closed. WHAT AN unnecessary inconvenience

Im sending this email for a several time and im actually bored from this i have orderd three payoneer account and the three were not linking with paypal i wanted to order another account to see whether if it will link or not then i wanted to close and replace my 3rd account i cant now i cant even find the close and replace link in payoneer i only see contact us and reviewed issue with paypal or stripe so i click on contact us link and send you an email for the problem that i cant solve after that payoneer send me an email saying in it go the solution guide link in your account the select the issue and replace your account and i cant even find the close and replace link the only thing i cas see is contact us and if your having issue with paypal or stipe so please all i need is a usd account to work with paypal And today i have contacted the customer care for payoneer and they gave me another usd account and its still not linking with paypal

I've been using Payoneer a few years now. I have had minor issues throughout that time but all were in the name of security and resolved quickly. It can be irksome to ask clients to resend a payment if declined due to some security reason but aside from those instances it's been an excellent service. It's easy to request payments and the card is convenient to access the funds as well. No client has ever complained about issues when they receive my billing. Withdrawing to the bank is also affordable as many other services kill you with ten thousand fees. I appreciate Payoneer and will continue to use them for my business.

I lost my card and was vey upset, apparently it had not been stolen since there were no purchases nor any attemps to use it, but as a security measure it was blocked. Had I found it within a week it would have been unblocked, but unfortunately, I did not find it. Customer Care also helped me order a new card. Both associates who helped me were very understanding and supportive. Thank you! =)
