Les cuento mi historia todo inició cuando mi tarjeta de USD se venció en Junio / Julio, solicite mi tarjeta en 2 ocasiones, pero nunca las recibí, a finales de septiembre solicite la 3ra tarjeta Payoneer me pidió comprobar mi domicilio al que iban a enviar mi tarjeta, subí una copia de mi factura telefónica, la cual tuve que subir en diferentes ocasiones, porque no la aprobaban, después de varias semanas decidí ingresar a mi cuenta, para contactar el chat y preguntar la razón por la cual aún no había sido aprobado mi domicilio que era lo que hacía falta para que aprobaran enviarme la tarjeta que con tanta URGENCIA necesitaba...
Cuando ingresé a mi cuenta, el 10 de octubre, me sorprendí al ver que mi balance en USD y GBP estaba bloqueado, no lo podía creer... no tenía idea del por qué esta compañía me había hecho algo así, espere 3 horas 30 minutos para ser atendida por un agente en el chat finalmente *Sherry Ann* me atendió, le pregunte por que mi balance estaba bloqueado y me dijo que mi cuenta estaba bloqueada al igual que mi saldo, dijo que yo había violado los términos y condiciones de Payoneer, cosa que nunca he hecho, le explique a ella que eso era imposible, por que solo utilizaba mi tarjeta para recibir pagos de lugares freelancer como Peopleperhour y Fiverr, y utilizaba mis tarjetas para pagar cosas en lugares como supermercados, farmacias. Pedí una explicación por que cual ellos decidieron suspender mi cuenta incluyendo mis fondos, y dijo que por motivos de seguridad no podía decirme el PORQUE...
Le pedí que me comunicara con un supervisor y me dijo que no se podía, así que la única opción al no encontrar una respuesta con esta asistente fue abrir un caso en contra de Payoneer en Better Business Bureau y explicarles mi situación con esta entidad.
Aproximadamente 3 días después de que abrí el caso en contra de ellos el agente de Payoneer * FEDOR me contacto vía email, me dijo en un lapso de 1 – 2 días los fondos de la cuenta GBP iban a pasar a la cuenta de USD para que yo gastara o retirara el dinero, y después de esto ellos cerrar definitivamente mi cuenta, porque ellos no podían decirme el motivo por el cual bloquearon e iban a cerrar mi cuenta.
Una semana ha pasado y los fondos de GBP NUNCA fueron transferidos a el saldo en USD, asi que el dia 20 de Octubre utilice la única opción que tenía disponible que era pasar mi saldo en USD que era un total de $1,410.16 USD a mi banco, Payoneer me cobro $28,21 USD por la transacción, los fondos que yo debía de recibir en mi banco era el total de $1,382.16 USD.
El dia de hoy 21 de Octubre recibí la notificación de mi banco que habia recibido una transferencia y adivinen cual es mi sorpresa... Payoneer me envio solo el monto de $1,342.16 USD en lugar de enviarme el monto correcto que era $1,382.16 USD
Pague la comisión de $28.21 a Payoneer para que enviaran el monto de $1,382.16 USD me envían mal el monto y aparte de enviar mal el monto, no especifican y mi banco me cobre $17 USD por la transacción que ellos hicieron.
Traté de contactar el día de hoy 21 de Octubre al chat de Payoneer pero fue imposible, después de 2 horas 45 minutos no tuve éxito, no fui atendida.
Por cierto, Payoneer aún tiene retenido mi dinero en GBP no me deja transferir mi dinero, y mi tarjeta la tiene bloqueada.
Hago pública este comentario porque exijo a Payoneer lo siguiente.
Solicito que se me reintegre a mi cuenta de Payoneer el monto de $40 que no me enviaron por error, por que el monto que tenían que enviar era $1,382.16 no $1,342.16
Solicito que mi saldo de GBP y los $40 USD que no me enviaron sean movidos a una sola moneda, y que se habilite la opción para poder transferir mis fondos a la cuenta de payoneer de mi esposo.
Solicito si es posible que me desbloqueen mi cuenta, ya que la cerraron sin ningún motivo, o solicito me den una razón por que cual bloquearon mi cuenta.

The account opening procedure was swift and i had no issues. However, after reading reviews of some old users of Payoneer i figured its usual that they take longer to approve payments. I finally got through to talk to a customer service representative and my fear of completely losing my money ended. I do recommend Payoneer as a service for businesses but only if you can fulfil your customers order on time keeping in mind each payment will be delayed for a week.
