This is my 3rd pair of glasses from Payne Glasses. I absolutely love them! This is the only place I will get my glasses.
Not good. Payne needs to find another method of shipment. My glasses still have not arrived.
Their glasses are great for the price I paid. They have many different styles to choose from. Customer service was helpful with exchanging my glasses with a better fitting pair.
I lived in China in 2012 and would routinely buy prescription glasses of various colours and shapes - at $15 a pair. I loved having a different pair for each day or style or mood. Over the years they broke or the lenses became scratched and outdated and finally I was down to my last pair. I used my vision insurance to get a Calvin Klein pair locally (still over $60 on top of the insurance) and literally within a year they broke! Annoyed that I would have to wait another year before being able to replace them or shelling out $100+ myself, I searched online and found Zenni. Well, sure they were much cheaper but then I decided to take a second look around and found Payne which has the exact same frames! And was even cheaper! But what really impressed me was the quality - the glasses don't feel flimsy at all, the lenses are just what I ordered, and the care in which they prepared them was amazing. I now have four pairs from Payne and look forward to expanding my collection.

I love Payne glasses! Not only can I find styles that I can't find in the stores, their prices are unbelievably low. They ship quickly and they are quality glasses. I have ordered from them several times now and they always get the prescription right.

I have bought 4 pairs. Two pair are great, but one of the others I wore one time, and when I went to put them on the next time, found that a nose cushion comes off as the tiny screw is missing- after one wear. The other pair I have issue with makes my eyes tire quickly and get blurry, I'm not sure why, so I can't wear them.
I wasn't sure what my PD was so I emailed customer service. I believe her name was Sarah she was helpful with giving me instructions on how to give her the PD information they needed. She was very prompt!

My glasses prescription wasn't right on the glasses I had my optometrist check them and double check my eyes to be no problems on this side, I sent glasses back almost 2 months ago still have gotten no refund nor new replacement.
Best place to get Rx glasses hands down! Easy and fast, I can't imagine paying 5x as much for frames and lenses ever again.
