The whole experience was easy. Minus the first pair being made incorrectly overall The Who process was easy and hassle free. Glasses arrived on time and was well packed.
I love the variety of frames to choose from and the larger sized frames are great! Payne Glasses are processed and delivered quicker than any other online prescription glasses store than any I've used in the past. Their detail to making sure your PD is correct for close up and far away for those of us who are progressive lenses wearers is phenomenal. I messed up my first order and they graciously helped me get the right frame and lenses without a hassle. I'll be ordering all my future glasses with Payne! One thing I hope is improved in the future is that their virtual try on is available for all their glasses. Thanks Payne Glasses!
Totally obsessed with these glasses theyre so beautiful. The design colors are so vibrant. They are nice and sturdy but also light weight to wear. The prescription is perfect. I look better with larger glasses and these are the perfect size. I really love the retro vibe they give off. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Ive ordered 3 pairs from Payne.The glasses were fun to shop for with the try on feature. They have a good selection of glasses and sunglasses easy to figure out the ordering process. They ship faster than what the description says if you choose standard delivery. Two out of three deliveries I could see the entire process including tracking. I get so many compliments on my large " granny glam" glasses that i got. So affordable i could order a few pairs at a time still cheaper than the eye glass store.

People were cooperative and helpful, even though my prescription that I sent was basically incorrect.
They made their best attempt to correct the PRISM by going off an older pair of glasses I sent.
So, I got what I wanted in the end.
I've ordered at least 6 or 7 pairs of glasses from them and I have no complaints. The process is easy and the glasses don't take too long to arrive. I'm a happy customer.
Navigating the Payne site and trying to be sure that prescription information was entered correctly was a bit challenging at times, but customer service was very helpful and accommodating. Orders arrived in a timely fashion and the quality of the glasses was excellent. Glasses were well packaged and (when needed) returns were easily done. I will order from them again in the future.
