The experience was a learning curve for me but the people were very helpful.
This is my second time purchasing from this company and I've enjoyed my experience both times. The glasses that are offered are beautiful and affordable and I'm thankful this is an option for me. I have 2 littles that love grabbing my glasses and they always end up scratched so I'm very thankful I can turn to affordable glasses when I need a new pair.

The general trend, to have all framless glass, have no hinges, is a mistake. I'd gladly pay more. To get frameless with hinges on temples.

The frames and customer service are amazing, the prescription was off in one of the frames, but it's getting fixed.
Highly recommend. Of course you have to see optometrist for prescription but save time and money with Payne

Really good customer service! They replaced pair of glasses I had made from a bad prescription supplied by my eye doctor.
Disappointed on how the glasses were made. Feel like the description should have been clear that these were not actual prescription sunglasses.
Quick and simple. All you have to do is upload the script from your eye doctor and pick out an appropriate frame. I love this site because the price is very reasonable. I got 2 frames for less the the price of 1 with insurance at the eye doctors office. This is a great option for kids that may lose or break glasses easily
