Have only purchased one pair of glasses. The prescription was correct and quality of frames seem ok. After getting glasses from local retailers my whole life for literally 3 to 5x as much as I can get them here I find myself asking why didn't I try this much sooner. Incredible value and savings. Just ordered another pair.

Took so long for glasses to arrive. They were sent April 26 and I received them may 15. Prescription not correct.
There was an initial address issue, but support did a fantastic job to get them to the right place. I have recommended them to more than a dozen riends.

I love their products and their service. I've ordered my glasses here and they have an amazing quality. Also, the shipping to Pasadena was extremely fast. I usually don't order glasses online, but I do know the exact specification that I need and I really liked the design of their glasses. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
We've been repeat customers for several years with some minor incorrections occasionally that were corrected by Payne to my satisfaction.
But these last 2 purchases have been the complete opposite.
This recent pair arrived and immediately I knew something was wrong
I initiated a chat with customer service.
The customer service person on Chat was argumentive and tried to convince me that I ordered single vision distance only glasses which is incorrect.
She eventually admitted her mistake and confirmed that I ordered what I said I ordered which were single vision reading only.
Basically, they are cheap made and I knew that beforehand but after my request for refund, Payne deleted my save prescription and demanded I return the glasses for a 3rd party inspection.
This hassle and poor treatment is unacceptable and I'm forced now to deal with a new eyeglass supplier.

Fast and reliable. They always message to make a sure my address is correct if they cannot verify with usps. It's wonderful.
Great prices fast delivery plenty if frames to choose from
I need small frames, because my lens are so thick and my face is small. Selection is not that great for my needs. Wish all frames would be available for visual try on.

They really do make a quality product (at an awesome price!). I love being able to buy progressive lenses with peripheral vision! And their customer service (the one time I needed it) was exceptional!
It was the WORST online glasses purchase EVER. I would go with Eyebuydirect. I paid for the warrantee, which is total garbage. The first pair they sent didn't fit AT ALL. They don't take the time to make sure that I could see properly out of my progressive lenses. ITS TERRIBLE. Then when I wanted to return them, they offered me 50% off a different pair. Needing the glasses, I just took the offer. Their warrantee is crap, their customer service is crap, and so is their product. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Try one of the other online stores, this place shouldn't be in business.
Not one problem. Even when having to exchange a product, the whole process was seamless.
