It was fine. I guess you get what you pay for. I used points to help pay for them. They did bend and the corner snapped. There was no way to even tape them back together

I was disappointed when I tried the glasses on they did not match my prescription. That's the reason why I had to return them.

The first time I ordered my glasses, I measured my pupilary distance incorrectly. Payne glasses gave me full credit, I sent the glasses back, and they helped me measure correctly. My glasses are very high quality and beautiful. The prescription is perfect, and I love the frame selection and virtual try on. Loved my experience! In fact I ordered another pair!

This review was for repair of scratched lens. The glasses were about 3 months old, they told me they don't cover scratches but made an exception and would redo the glasses. They also were accommodating and sent be the replacements first and then had me sent the old ones back. I mentioned that I live alone and needed them to get through a day. All went smoothly.
